The episode starts with Sakshi sees that Ganga is following her. Ganga tells Sakshi that she is a very dangerous girl and very injurious to get family. Ganga shows the video to Sakshi and Sakshi gets shocked. Sakshi snatched the phone from Ganga’s hand and she broke the phone. Ganga tells Sakshi that she has already sent the photo to Abhay. Sakshi gets scared and she calls Abhay but she learns from the nurse that Abhay is busy in the surgery. Ganga quietly sits in the car.
Ritu tells Lalita that she is seeing lots of drama these days in the house . Lalita suggests to Ritu that she must break her legs so that she can come to take care of her. Akshay comes at the same time and she tells Lalita to hang up the phone. Akshay brings a gift for Ritu and he tells Ritu that he is very happy today. Ritu sees the necklace set and Akshay tells her that this is just the beginning.
Meanwhile Sakshi arrives at the hospital when Abhay is about to see the video. Sakshi starts her drama and Abhay consoles her. Abhay tries to see the video but Sakshi takes the phone and she deletes the video clip. Ganga takes the paper from the car to prove that Sakshi’s intentions are not good.
Abhay tells Sakshi that he will take out for dinner. Sakshi tells Abhay that he cares a lot for her. Abhay tells Sakshi to wait while he gets ready. Sakshi plans to take all the property of Abhay in her name so that she can throw Ganga out of the house forever.
Ganga manages to come out of the car.
Ritu wears the necklace but suddenly Lalita knocks on the door and Ritu Akshay gets disturbed. Lalita tells Ritu that she was missing her a lot. Akshay tells Lalita that she can stay whenever she wants. Ritu tells Lalita that she can stay in the guest and she takes her to the guest house. Lalita tells Ritu to stop the overacting otherwise Akshay will doubt her.
Ganga comes to the hospital with the property file. Sakshi takes the surgical knife and she runs after Ganga to kill her. Ganga escapes herself in a document room and she wants to expose Sakshi anyhow. Sakshi enters the room and tries to kill Ganga but Ganga slaps Sakshi. Ganga tells Sakshi that she has hidden the file and she will the truth to everyone. Ganga starts screaming Abhay to help but Sakshi attacks Ganga with a hammer and she gets unconscious. Abhay comes to see Sakshi and Sakshi takes Ganga in a wheelchair. Abhay finds that Ganga’s message is deleted from his phone and he learns from the nurse that Sakshi has gone out with someone in the wheelchair. Sakshi is unable to open her car and she finds Abhay’s car in the parking lot. Sakshi keeps Ganga in Abhay’s car quietly but Abhay sees Sakshi.

Precap- Sakshi hires Bindya who is a duplicate of Ganga to get the file. Ganga tells Sakshi that she will not give the file. Sakshi tells Ganga that Bindya will destroy her family.
