The episode starts with Maan recalling how he proposed to his love. Maan later thinks he should not make the mistake of trusting love again.
Doree recalls Ganga’s condition in the hospital. Doree recalls the police inspector reminding her that the last day to file Wakalat Nama is pretty soon and it looks like she doesn’t want to save her father. Doree thinks she will do anything to save her father.
Maan while driving the car sees Doree has come infront of him. Maan gets out of his car and argues with Doree. Doree agrees to contract marriage. Maan picks up Doree hearing it but once he puts her down he sees it is Kavya. Maan comes out of his dream.
Maan comes into the washroom. Maan finds Kavya taking a bath in his washroom. Maan asks Kavya what is she doing here in his room. Kavya reminds Maan that they are going to get engaged tomorrow and gives him a rose. Maan recalls how his girlfriend betrayed her. Maan burns the rose. Maan later brings Kavya infront of Dadi.
Maan complaints to Dadi about Kavya taking a bath in his washroom. Kavya says she didn’t know he would come this quickly. Rajnandini says to Maan it is her fault and says she asked sister in law to take a bath in his washroom. Maan says to Rajnandini that Kavya isn’t his sister in law. Dadi reminds Maan that he is going to get engaged to Kavya on the day of MahaShivaratri. Maan gets a message from his secretary saying he found a girl who will do contract marriage with him. Maan says to Dadi if she wants him to get married then he will get married. Maan leaves from there.
Maan comes to the location and sees it is Doree. Maan asks Doree if she is the one who said she will do contract marriage. Doree stays silent. Maan sees Doree staying silent. Maan comments in Doree and tries to leave. Doree stops Maan and says to Maan that she agrees to his contract marriage. Maan hearing it comes out of his car.
Maan explains the contract marriage and it’s conditions to Doree saying they will be wife and husband for 6 months and they will go their seperate ways after that. Maan warns Doree that she cannot tell anyone this is a contract marriage. Doree asks Maan if all of this is just a joke to her. Maan comments on it. Doree signs on the marriage contract.
Maan brings a bridal dress and asks Doree to wear it. Doree says there is no need for it. Maan asks Doree to wear this dress so that his family will not question her. A Maata Rani Chunri falls over both of them.
