The episode starts with the doctor saying to everyone that he found out that this medicine is a poison. It’s killing Mahendra slowly. komal says to Raj that his mom is very cunning. Yash asks Rukmani to answer him. Rukmani says that he can’t treat her father like this using an outsider. She is only trusting our family doctor. Yash says that she made Sudha infertile because of her blind faith on the family doctor. Rukmani asks Yash if he thinking that she is killing Mahendra. She can’t give poison to him. Rukmani says that our family doctor will give the treatment to Mahendra. She asks him to accept it. Mahendar gets scared hearing it. The doctor says that he is scared of her. Yash says that he might continue the treatment to his father. The doctor says that they found out the truth at the right time. Rukmani thinks that if he gets well then he will reveal the truth about her to them. Anand thinks why she isn’t happy with father’s recovery. Mahendar thinks that he will expose her when he gets well.
Kailash Devi worrying about Ganga Prasad. She asks Janaki about him. Just then they noticed Ganga Prasad is back. Kailash Devi says to them that he got his breathe back. He will get alright asap. Later, Doree returns to home. Bhairavi asks Nani to take care of Doree. She has to send those girls back to home. Doree says to Nani that she won’t trouble her anymore. She won’t ask extra food to her. She won’t ask any questions to her. She won’t even raise a voice against her. She requests her to keep her near her. Nani hugs her. She says that it’s her mistake. She shouldn’t have sent her away from her. She promised to her that she won’t send her far from her. Nani asks her if she hungry? Doree says that she is fine without food. She can starve. Nani asks her if she changed? How could she refuses the food? Nani brings Doree’s favourite food and feeds her. Doree feeds her back. Satho gets emotional seeing their bond.
Doree asks Nani to say the poetry which Ganga Prasad used to say. Nani mentioned it to her. Doree falls asleep. Meanwhile, Rukmani eats sweets secretly in the kitchen. Anand turns on the light. Anand tells her that he is aware she will be here whenever she is nervous. She saw Rukmani is nervous hearing the doctor’s words. What’s bothering her? If she hiding something from him. She is about to reveal the truth to Anand. Vansh comes there and says to her that Doree saved him. He shows the news to her. Rukmani says to Anand that Doree is live. What if they find out their truth. How could she come back alive. If she stays alive then they are over. Anand tells her that he will burn whole Basti to kill her. Meanwhile, Govind worries about Doree. Nani shares her grief with them. She says that she was hungry though she didn’t ask for food. Janaki says that they shouldn’t find out Doree. They will try to harm Doree in another way. She isn’t believing Thakurian.
Mansi knocks on the door. Nani scolds her for coming here. Govind scolds her for ruined Doree’s life. Mansi says that she can punish her. But it’s not the right time. Anand trying to harm Doree. She asks her to take this money and leave from Banaras. Nani says that she will leave from this place but she don’t need this money. Already they framed her as a thief. Nani asks Govind to leave her near by railway station. They says that they will also accompany them. Anand asks the goons to burn the whole Basti. Neelu notices him and thinks that he shouldn’t find out that she abducted his son. If he came to kill her. Nani gets emotional seeing her house. They noticed Anand and goons. Neelu informs Anand that Basti people left this place in fear of them. Anand informs his mom about it. Rukmani is very happy. Mansi blessed Doree and send her from there.
