The episode starts with Bhola praying for Ganga Prasad. She is doing the parikrama to bring him back to her. A woman says to her that child isn’t allowed to do this parikrama. Bhola tells her that he will do this for her baba. Meanwhile, Anand lights the Diya. He thinks that he did a lot of sin. He has to pay for it. He will get the punishment in any way. Later, Vansh has a fever. Mansi and Sudha are worrying about him. Komal stops Raj from going near him. She advises him to stay away from him till he gets well. Raj thinks that she isn’t allowing him to help his family members. Mom isn’t considering him as one of the family members either. Meanwhile, basti people shouts that bull is coming to this side. Bhola thinks that she has to finish this parikrama before it attack her. Ganga Prasad notices the bull approaching her. He saved her at a nick of time.
Rukmani worrying about Vansh. Maya stops her from going near him. She says that he has fever and chicken pox. She shouldn’t go near him. She will get sick. Rukmani asks her who she is to stop her from going near her blood. Vansh is very important to her. Maya thinks that if her blood is important to her then she likes to mess with them. Meanwhile, Ganga Prasad hugs Bhola. He says that he would have get hurt if he fails to came on time. He says that he likes to hug him. He feels like he is his relation. Bhola complaints that he ruined his parikrama. He couldn’t complete his parikrama. His father used to tell him that he shouldn’t poke his head in unnecessary things. He complaints that he left him. He asked him not to meet him again. He asks him why he is crying? Bhola says that he is hungry. He asks him to accompany him. He will buy icecream for him.
Rukmani scolds the servant for not taking care of Vansh. The doctor says that they have to wait. His temperature is high. It seems he has chicken pox. Rukmani says that she don’t trust the doctor. She asks them to call the sidha doctor. He can cure him asap. Maya watching him from far. Meanwhile, Ganga buys ice cream for Bhola. Satho comes there. Bhola teases him by saying he looks like mango. He may likes mango ice cream. Ganga Prasad noticed the red dots on his hands. He thinks that he got chicken pox. He asks Bhola to stay away from him. He saved his life once so he saved him now. Bhola learns that he got chicken pox. She recalls the way Nani helped him she he got a chicken pox. She thought to help him in his haveli. Meanwhile, Neelu thinks to impress Ganga. He asks her to give the medicine for his chicken pox. She stays away from him. She asks him to go inside. He will get the treatment there. Ganga Prasad takes a shower out.
Mansi notices him and stops him. He makes her wet. She goes inside the house. Meanwhile, Bhola sneaks into the haveli. The security chases him. Later, Rukmani meets the priest and discuss with him about the family issues.
