The episode starts with Aarambhi going through airport security. The security staff stop Aarambhi, saying there is a lot of liquid in her bag. Aarambhi says it is just water and drinks the entire bottle. She then worries about missing the flight, as there are only 20 minutes left before boarding.
Manmeet notices swelling in Aarambhi’s leg and decides to help her. He puts Aarambhi in a wheelchair and takes her to the gate. Manmeet brings Aarambhi onto the flight and boards along with her.
Meanwhile, Dimple calls Vishwas and complains about Aarambhi leaving for Mumbai without informing her, even after she had refused permission. Dimple says it will be a problem if Aarambhi behaves like this in Mumbai and if someone helps her. Vishwas says he will handle the situation and cuts the call.
Vishwas tells Avantika that Dimple thinks Aarambhi might get someone’s support. Vishwas says Aarambhi would not have received any help if it were not for his forced marriage. He adds that no one will help Aarambhi.
On the flight, Aarambhi feels uncomfortable and goes to the washroom. She becomes dizzy and loses consciousness. The flight staff call for Dr. Manmeet. After checking Aarambhi, Manmeet concludes that it appears to be a kidney malfunction. She asks the staff to inform airport authorities that Aarambhi needs to be taken to a hospital immediately after landing.
At the wellness party, Mrs. Singh praises Aarambhi’s arrangements, but Dimple claims that everything was done by her and her staff. She says Aarambhi only pretends to do everything to gain sympathy, as Vishwas wanted the wellness event. A lady comments that Vishwas loves Aarambhi.
Avantika tells Vishwas that they need to unite as soon as possible. Vishwas agrees and says marrying Aarambhi was a mistake that he needs to correct. Meanwhile, Manmeet brings Aarambhi to the same hospital.
Dimple gives personalized gifts to Mrs. Singh. Mrs. Singh asks how everything was arranged. Dimple again takes credit for Aarambhi’s efforts and blames her for leaving for her parents’ place on the day of the party. Mrs. Singh suggests that Aarambhi’s mother might be influencing her and asks Dimple to call her.
Manmeet checks Aarambhi’s reports and says it seems she is not from a medical family, as the kidney malfunction appears to be long-standing. They check Aarambhi’s belongings and learn that she is Vishwas’s wife. They decide to inform him since he is also in the hospital.
Avantika tells Vishwas that she has booked a table for dinner. Vishwas says he has blocked Aarambhi’s card and that she will realize her value when a payment at her father’s place gets declined. Manju fails to make the payment using Aarambhi’s card and calls Dimple for help. Dimple insults her for instigating Aarambhi and calling her to Mumbai. Manju explains that it was not intentional. Dimple asks why Manju called, and Manju says she tried to pay using Aarambhi’s card, but it was declined. Dimple accuses them of stooping so low as to use her son’s money. Manju says she will return the money once her son Arun arrives. Dimple refuses and warns Manju to keep her daughter away from their house. Raj overhears his mother’s warning.
Vishwas and Avantika move closer and are about to hug when Manmeet enters the cabin and informs Vishwas about Aarambhi. Vishwas goes to Aarambhi’s room and asks for the reports. Manmeet says they are waiting for the final results. Raj calls Manju and offers to help her.
Aarambhi’s hand slips from the bed, but Vishwas holds it just in time. Avantika notices this and gets furious.
