The episode starts with Aarambhi telling Vishwas that her father’s health is not good. Arun bhai is also not there, and her mother is worried, so she needs to go to Mumbai. Vishwas says that his mother is right and that it is Arun’s mistake. Aarambhi agrees but says Arun did not know that their father’s health would deteriorate. At this time, her parents need her.
Vishwas tells Aarambhi to go to Mumbai and says that he will cancel his surgery and stay at home to help manage the family function. Aarambhi asks why he is cancelling his surgery. Vishwas says that the family needs someone and apologises for troubling her, trying to make her feel guilty. Aarambhi says that his family is her family and asks him not to say sorry. She adds that if Arun had stayed at home, this situation would not have arisen. Vishwas says he is going to Mumbai and will complete his priority work first. Aarambhi thanks him for agreeing to meet her parents. Avantika overhears everything on the call. Vishwas sits in the car and tells Avantika that he knows she heard everything and that she will understand who his real priority is once he reaches Mumbai.
Raj asks Aarambhi why she looks sad. Vihaan says it is their parents’ anniversary, but no one wished his mother. He uses bad words for the people who hurt his mother. Aarambhi asks who taught him those words. Vihaan replies that his nanny did. Raj wants to meet the nanny, but Aarambhi asks him to focus on his duty.
On a video call, Aarambhi tells her mother that Vishwas is coming, so she should not worry. Vishwas reaches Mumbai, meets Avantika in the hospital, and tells her that she is his priority. He asks the staff to tell everyone that he is busy in surgery all day.
Later, Aarambhi’s mother calls her and says that Vishwas has not arrived yet and that she is confused about the hospital procedures. Aarambhi calls the hospital and learns that Vishwas is in surgery. Her mother asks her to come to Mumbai. A staff member informs Aarambhi that the guests will arrive in two hours. Radhika takes the phone and tells Aarambhi’s mother that she is booking the ticket and that Aarambhi is coming.
Avantika confronts Vishwas, saying that he did not keep her as his priority because he left her gifts in the room. She accuses him of thinking only about his son Vihaan and not about their daughter Saniya. She says that Saniya calls him “uncle” and does not know that he is her father, and she does not want to be the other woman in his life. Vishwas asks how he can prove that she is his priority. Avantika tells him to completely shift to Mumbai since he has a hospital there. Vishwas agrees, making Avantika happy.
Aarambhi tells Radhika that she needs to inform her mother-in-law that she is going to Mumbai. Radhika says there is no need, as Aarambhi’s presence is not important at the kitty (wellness) party and that they are gaslighting her. Aarambhi says she trusts Vishwas and his family and believes that in India there is only love, not gaslighting. Radhika points out that Vishwas goes to Mumbai twice every month but never meets Aarambhi’s family or takes her along.
At the Natural Glow show, Dimple receives Aarambhi’s call but blocks her number. After the show, Dimple invites a reporter to the wellness party at her home.
Radhika and Vihaan drop Aarambhi at the airport. Vihaan wishes his mother luck and says he hopes she meets her saviour, adding that they share the same lucky sign and that his crush told him his fortune today. Aarambhi smiles and leaves. While entering the airport, she collides with a man waiting for Manmeet Arora. She accidentally touches Manmeet’s name board, apologises to the man, and walks away.
Aarambhi messages Dimple, informing her that she has made all the arrangements for the party, and leaves for check-in. At home, Dimple gets furious after learning that Aarambhi has gone to Mumbai. She deletes Aarambhi’s voice note and decides to take revenge on her. A staff member asks who is travelling to Mumbai. Aarambhi responds, and the staff member adds that Manmeet also needs to go. Aarambhi wonders who Manmeet is. She suddenly feels pain in her foot.
