The episode starts with Aarambhi asking her father if he is fine. Balbir says that he cannot be fine because his daughter is not well and is not in the right place. Manju asks why he is talking about this now. Balbir says it is necessary. He adds that Aarambhi is a topper in medicine and her dream is to give a new life to patients. He says it is their mistake that Aarambhi gave up her dream to support Vishwas and his family. Aarambhi says that they are just scared. Balbir asks if she is not scared and says that Vishwas and his family do not care for her and are mistreating his daughter.
Raj asks Vihaan to drink juice. Vihaan refuses and says that he wants to meet his mother. Raj tells him to take five sips and then he will take him to her. Vihaan drinks the juice. Manmit takes Raj aside and says that his family owns hospitals, yet they behave like uneducated people. Raj warns her not to speak that way. Manmit says that Vishwas can easily donate his kidney to save Aarambhi, but instead they are overthinking. She tells Raj to convince his family and save his bhabhi instead of arguing with her, and then leaves. Raj looks on. Vihaan asks Raj if his mother is fine. Raj assures him that she is.
Arun tells Aarambhi that he will talk to Vishwas and make him agree to donate his kidney and will also apologise on Balbir’s behalf. Aarambhi says there is no need and that she will talk to Vishwas herself. She tells everyone to eat and take care of their health for her sake. After they leave, Aarambhi breaks down and thinks that she cannot accept defeat for her son, Vihaan.
Vishwas asks his mother not to cry. Dimple accuses Aarambhi of turning her son against her. Vishwas says nothing will happen to anyone and asks her to stay calm. Dimple leaves. Raj asks Vishwas what he has decided about Aarambhi. Vishwas says that he will speak to the doctors and save her. Raj praises him and says that he trusts him.
Later, Raj comes to Aarambhi with biscuits and juice and asks her to have them. Manmit says that they are not good for her and argues with Raj for not convincing Vishwas to donate his kidney. Aarambhi jokingly says that she is witnessing budding love. Raj and Manmit say that they have each other. Manmit leaves. Vishwas decides to talk to Avantika.
Raj tells Aarambhi that she will recover soon. Aarambhi says that her family belongs to the medical field and she trusts them. She asks about Vihaan, and Raj says that he is outside. Aarambhi says that she wants to sleep for some time and asks him to put the “Do Not Disturb” board outside her room. Raj agrees and leaves.
Aarambhi breaks down in tears, thinking that her son is too young to take care of himself if she dies. She prays to God to save her for her son and her family. She wipes her tears and reassures herself that nothing will happen to her. Manju comes and asks what happened. Aarambhi says that she is scared. Manju consoles her.
Radhika video calls Manju and informs them that her flight has been cancelled due to a technical issue and that she will reach the next day. She insists that Aarambhi talk to Vishwas to save herself. Radhika reminds Aarambhi that she is a doctor and should not think of herself only as a housewife. Manju says that Aarambhi has been a housewife for the past ten years and gave up her career. Aarambhi says that she has forgotten everything. Radhika says that she can never forget who she is and that her son needs her. Aarambhi agrees and tells Manju that she will talk to Vishwas and resolve everything.
On the terrace, Avantika asks Vishwas if he plans to donate his kidney to Aarambhi and if he called her there to say that. Aarambhi learns from the staff that Vishwas is on the terrace and goes there. Avantika tells Vishwas that if he donates his kidney to Aarambhi, he will belong completely to his wife and she will be left as the home-breaker. Aarambhi hides near the plants and overhears their conversation. Vishwas asks Avantika to think about what would happen if Aarambhi dies. He says that according to her reports, she will die, and once she is gone, he will be free to marry Avantika. Aarambhi is left shattered.

Precap: Vishwas tells Avantika that he is relieved that the Aarambhi chapter is about to end in his life. He says that Avantika will be the best mother for Vihaan, unlike Aarambhi, who would have made Vihaan a loser. Vishwas adds that according to Aarambhi’s medical reports, she will die, and then they can get married. Aarambhi is about to leave when a plant falls, alerting Avantika and Vishwas.
