The episode begins with Chandini telling Vikram that she asked Durga to stay in her room for the night, but Durga didn’t listen and went into Rajesh’s room. Vikram tells Chandini to stop lying and warns that she will face the consequences if what she’s saying is untrue. Anubhav insists that Durga would never do such a thing. Vikram responds that justice isn’t about just him. He tells Chandini that she will speak in front of everyone and let the community decide what is just. Chandini then leaves. Anubhav asks Vikram if he believes Durga would do something like that. Vikram replies that it doesn’t matter what he believes about Durga, but they have to proceed with this, making a comment about the situation.
Vikram speaks in front of the crowd. He tells everyone that he has come before them with a family matter. He begins to talk about Durga and how he has cared for her all these years. Vikram then discusses what happened the previous day, reminding the Kabela people how he came there yesterday with Durga. He says he never expected his own people to betray him. Vikram admits that he is unable to explain everything himself and says that Rajesh’s wife will tell everyone what happened. Anubhav corrects him, saying that Chandini is not Rajesh’s wife. Vikram dismisses this, saying it doesn’t matter what he thinks, and asks Anubhav to stay quiet.
Chandini then addresses the villagers. She says that Rajesh brought her to his home, promising to marry her, but has been avoiding it and hasn’t married her yet. She claims that, despite this, there is a relationship between her and Rajesh akin to that of husband and wife. Chandini says that the previous day, Rajesh called Vikram and lied that she was sick, asking Vikram to send Durga to Rajesh’s house. Durga came, and despite being asked to stay in Chandini’s room, she went into Rajesh’s room to spend the night with him. Chandini states that she went to complain to Vikram because she is part of the Rathore family. She then says in front of the villagers that Durga should be punished for her actions.
The villagers start insisting that Durga should marry Rajesh. Anubhav tries to intervene, but Vikram stops him and accepts the villagers’ verdict. Vikram then asks Rajesh for his opinion. Rajesh agrees with the verdict, saying that he will marry Durga and even claims that they have been having an affair for a long time. Vikram turns to Durga for her opinion. Durga looks at Rajesh as he touches his phone and recalls him threatening to ruin Anurag’s reputation by sending a photo of Anurag and Durga to everyone.
