Durga 20th October 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Durga telling Vikram that she will take her leave and that she has learned a lot from him. Durga mentions that she has the same habit as him: raising her voice against injustice. She vows to complete her studies and gets into the car. Rajesh joins her and asks what she was saying about raising her voice against injustice. Durga questions Rajesh about why he is interrogating her, stating that she hasn’t shared anything with him. She adds that he will understand once they start questioning her. Rajesh asks Durga to stop talking to him like that and reminds her that he is now her husband. He instructs the driver to start the car.
As they drive, Rajesh spots Anurag on the road and stops to talk to him. Noticing that Anurag is injured, Rajesh asks what happened. He then turns to Durga and asks if she won’t inquire about Anurag’s injuries. Durga gets out of the car and asks Anurag how he got hurt and why there is blood on his head. Anurag tells Rajesh to tell Durga to move away. He then looks at Durga and bluntly says that he hates her before leaving.
Durga arrives at Rajesh’s house with him. A lady performs the aarti for Durga and Rajesh. Durga thinks to herself that she did all of this to protect Anurag’s reputation, but despite her efforts, he still misunderstands her. She resolves that it will be easy to forgive him now. The lady mentions to Rajesh that his eldest wife, Meera, is angry.
Meera arrives and comments on Rajesh for bringing Durga home. She tells Rajesh that she will not do any housework from that day onward. Meera confronts Durga, stating that she was forcefully brought there by Rajesh, who promised to marry her, but later divorced her. She questions Durga about what she sees in Rajesh that made her come willingly to a house where two women are already present. Durga remains silent.
Panibai reminds Aarthi that today is Karwa Chauth. Aarthi acknowledges this but says she will not go outside to observe the ritual and will instead perform it at home. Panibai asks Aarthi why that is. Savitri mentions that she told Aarthi to conduct the Karwa Chauth ritual at home. Savitri adds that given what happened, Aarthi might be happy, but not them. Panibai questions Savitri, asking why she would think Panibai would be happy about Durga leaving the house. Anurag interrupts, telling everyone to stop and asks if there are no other topics to discuss. Vikram responds that it is common for women to talk about these matters and questions Anurag’s anger regarding it. Anurag then leaves.
Chandini tells Durga that she brought a lot of jewelry from Rathore Mansion but hasn’t brought anything for them. Durga comments and suggests that Chandini ask Vikram since he is in Kingsar at the moment. Meera tells Durga that while she is giving counters, she isn’t answering what they are asking for. Durga responds to Meera, saying that she considers her like an elder sister and doesn’t want to disrespect her. Durga questions Meera’s self-respect for staying there even after being divorced. Meera replies that if Rajesh hears this, he will beat her up. Durga asserts that while Meera might not speak back if Rajesh hits her, she knows how to fight back.
