The episode starts with Anurag telling Durga that while he was studying in the city, he received many proposals, but he didn’t even look at them because he loves her. Durga responds by saying that their relationship has no future. Anurag says that if his name becomes a hindrance in their relationship, then they won’t get married to anyone.
Meanwhile, Panibai tells all the daughters-in-law that sweets will be sent to their maternal homes for Teej. However, she tells Vikram’s wife that no sweets will be sent to her home because her family lives too far away. Vikram’s wife says she doesn’t mind. Bhavya then mentions that her family is sending a lot of gifts for Teej. Panibai praises Bhavya’s family and comments on how Vikram’s wife’s family never sends any gifts. Vikram’s wife explains that her brothers are all busy, so they can’t come, but Panibai still makes a sarcastic comment about it.
Anurag asks Durga to promise him that she will never leave him. Durga remains silent. Anurag tells her that if they are meant to be together, no one can separate them, and he hugs her.
Hari, Savitri’s brother’s aide, brings gifts to Savitri’s house, and Savitri welcomes him. Later, Savitri asks Madhav to take the gifts to her maternal home, and Madhav agrees.
As Hari is about to leave, Panibai stops him and tells him to inform Savitri’s brother that sending gifts four times a year is not enough. She reminds Hari that Savitri also has a share in the family property. Savitri overhears this and mocks Panibai, telling Hari not to pay attention to her words, as this servant is acting like she owns the house. Hari leaves, and Panibai, offended, vows to teach Savitri a lesson soon. She announces to the family that no one is to touch the gifts until Vikram and Anant decide what to do with them.
Later, Anurag tells Durga to hold him tightly while riding on the bike, as no one is watching them, or she might fall, making a light-hearted comment.
Rajesh arrives at Anurag’s house and greets his family. He then reveals that he saw Anurag playing the flute while Durga danced in the rain.
