Durga 22nd September 2024 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Rajesh complaining to Anurag’s family that he saw Anurag playing the flute in the rain while Durga danced to the tune. Madhav asks why no one informed him that Anurag had arrived. Panibai asks Rajesh what he means. Rajesh says he doesn’t understand either and explains that he told Anurag it is wrong for him to be this close to a servant. Panibai asks Rajesh where Durga is. Rajesh replies that he asked Durga to come with him because it wouldn’t look good if the villagers saw her wet, riding on Anurag’s bike.
Anurag tells Durga not to worry. Durga replies that she is concerned for him because he is always scolded because of her. Anurag says he doesn’t mind because he loves her.
Panibai comments that if Rajesh saw Anurag and Durga together, then the villagers might have seen them too. She decides to teach Durga a lesson. Anurag’s mother tries to defend Anurag and Durga, saying they might have taken shelter from the rain and that Durga might have danced because she came first in the district.
Panibai remarks that Vikram’s wife and Savitri’s brains are in their legs. Savitri responds to Panibai’s comment. Panibai insists that if Anurag and Durga are seen together like this, Anurag’s reputation will be destroyed and blames Durga for it. Rajesh then takes his leave.
Anurag and Durga return home and see Rajesh’s jeep. Anurag tells Durga that Rajesh might have come to complain about them.
Rajesh approaches and asks Anurag why he hasn’t left yet since the rain stopped a long time ago. Anurag replies that he doesn’t need to answer him. Rajesh comments on this and leaves.
Anurag and Durga reach the doorstep, and Panibai opens the door. She welcomes Anurag into the house, and he greets Panibai.
As Anurag enters, he greets all the family members one by one. Later, Panibai asks Durga where she has been and why she hasn’t come home until now. Durga recalls Anurag’s fabricated story and tells Panibai that she went to the sacred tree to tie a sacred thread because she came first in the district and met Anurag there. She explains that the rain suddenly started, and they took shelter.
Panibai asks Durga what happened after that. Anurag steps forward, saying everyone knows how much Durga loves to dance in the first rain of the season and that he played the flute at that time.
Panibai instructs Madhav to take Anurag away. Madhav agrees and takes him away.
Panibai then tells Durga that she does not approve of her relationship with Anurag. Indira asks Durga if she danced in the rain because it was the first rain of the season or because Anurag was there. Durga insists that everyone knows how much she enjoys dancing in the first rain. Savitri tells Durga to go and freshen up. Durga leaves the room.
Madhav tells Anurag that they are going to enjoy this time together as all the family members will be present, but they will eventually leave again, and he will too. Anurag says he has to leave because it’s about his career.
