The episode starts with Panibai confronting Durga. Panibai accuses Durga of endangering Anurag’s life and putting him in the hospital. She asks Durga to leave immediately. Anubhav intervenes and tells Panibai that he won’t let her harm Durga. However, Panibai pushes Anubhav aside and forcibly tries to make Durga leave, causing Durga to fall to the floor. Madhav reminds Panibai that they are in a hospital. Panibai notices that Durga has brought prasad for Anurag and mocks her. She declares that she won’t allow Durga to offer the prasad and orders her to take it and leave.
Vikram steps in and tells Panibai that he will handle Durga. Durga sarcastically remarks that Vikram has already “handled” her by marrying her off to someone like Rajesh. She then shows Vikram the injuries Rajesh has inflicted on her.
Durga requests Anubhav to place a flower on Anurag’s forehead. Panibai refuses and mocks Durga’s belief. Durga asks Panibai not to discriminate between her God and theirs, emphasizing that God is the same for everyone.
Anant scolds Anubhav for taking such a major step without informing the family. Anubhav defends himself, saying that Durga came because she was worried about Anurag. Durga gets into a heated argument with the Rathore family and Panibai. Vikram threatens Durga with punishment for her actions, but Durga boldly declares that she is not afraid of any punishment. She also admits that she donated blood to save Anurag’s life. Panibai lashes out at Durga and tries to stop her from going near Anurag. In frustration, Panibai slaps Durga and takes away the prasad. Madhav steps in and tells Panibai there was no need to raise her hand against Durga.
Seizing the opportunity, Durga discreetly gives the flower and prasad to the nurse, requesting her to place the flower on Anurag’s forehead, as it will help him recover. Panibai tries to stop the nurse, claiming that Durga is their family’s enemy. The nurse asks Panibai to calm down and reveals that Durga was the one who donated blood to save Anurag. The nurse then takes the flower and leaves.
The nurse places the flower on Anurag’s forehead, and shortly after, Anurag regains consciousness. He asks the nurse if Durga came to see him. The nurse informs him that Durga donated blood to save his life. Anurag expresses his desire to meet Durga, and the nurse agrees to inform her.
Meanwhile, Vikram tells Panibai that he will instruct the nurse not to place the flower on Anurag’s forehead. Madhav criticizes Vikram for his behavior. Durga then reminds Vikram that he made her the face of the Kabela tribe and warns him that if he doesn’t fulfill his promise of helping her secure a medical seat after she qualifies, it will jeopardize his career. Vikram retaliates with harsh comments, but Durga confidently counters him and leaves. Anubhav tries to follow Durga, but Anant and Vikram stop him. They give him an ultimatum: if he supports Durga, he will have to sever ties with the family.
Later, the nurse informs the Rathore family that Anurag regained consciousness after she placed the flower on his forehead. Vikram reacts angrily to this revelation.
