The episode starts with Durga telling Anurag’s family that she is the daughter of Kabela, and the people of Kabela need her, so she has to go. Panibai says to Durga that no daughter of this family has ever done something like this. Durga reminds Panibai that she is not the daughter of this family but was only raised here, and comments on it. Durga asks Anurag to stay back. Anurag tells Durga that he is a doctor and that when someone is bitten by a snake, they need to tie the wound with a cloth. Anurag says she is the only one with this training and asks Durga to come with him right away. Anurag and Durga leave on a bike.
Panibai asks Anubhav and Madhav to follow in the car and says that Durga needs to sit in their car. Durga and Anurag head to the Kabela people’s place on the bike. While driving, Anubhav asks Madhav if they should have Durga sit in the car. Madhav says no, as they will reach the Kabela people faster by bike. Madhav adds that they will pick up Durga when they return home.
Anurag and Durga arrive at the Kabela people’s place and try to rescue Rukmani, who has been bitten by a snake. Anurag ties a cloth around her leg where the snake bit her. He says it’s already late, as the poison has spread throughout her body. Durga prepares Ayurvedic medicine and gives it to Rukmani. Madhav and Anubhav arrive to join Durga and Anurag. After a while, Rukmani regains consciousness. Her parents, seeing this, thank Anurag and Durga for saving Rukmani.
Later, Durga tells Madhav that she will go back with them in the car. Anurag tells Madhav that he is feeling a little sleepy and asks Durga to come with him to keep talking and ensure he stays awake. Madhav agrees. He also tells Anurag that they will wait far from the house for a while, as he knows about Panibai.
Durga asks Anurag if this is a lie. Anurag responds by asking why she’s asking if she already knows the truth. Durga gets on Anurag’s bike, and they leave.
Anurag warns Durga that Panibai has spoken to Vikram and fixed her marriage, though he doesn’t know the name of the groom. Anurag asks Durga to refuse the marriage, no matter what. Durga says she wants to study, and if Vikram doesn’t support her, she will continue her education through a scholarship. Durga also tells Anurag that she is worried because, if the whole family pressures her to marry, she’s not sure what she will do. Anurag stops the bike and asks Durga if she will get married. He asks her, “What about me?” Durga tells Anurag that neither his family nor the Kabela people will accept their relationship. Anurag tells Durga that he will take her far away from here. Durga refuses, saying she is indebted to their family for what they have done for her, so she can’t leave.
Anurag asks Durga if she is interested in the marriage. Durga responds by asking how he could misunderstand her. Anurag reminds Durga that he loves her and takes her on his bike.
Anurag drops Durga at Madhav’s car so she can return home in the car, and Panibai will think she came in the car.
