The episode starts with Indira announcing to everyone that she wants to leave the mansion as quickly as possible. She tells Aarthi that she’s heard Aarthi also plans to leave. Aarthi asks Indira if she overheard what Vikram said, and Indira confirms. Aarthi remarks that whatever Vikram wants always happens in this house. Indira responds that they can’t stay in this village anymore after what Durga has done. Aarthi then urges Indira not to speak about Durga anymore. Bhavya questions Aarthi’s change in attitude, noting that Durga used to be her favorite. Savitri interjects, making a comment about their discussion.
Meanwhile, Durga confesses her despair to Meera. She shares that there isn’t a single place on her body without a wound. Meera says they urgently need to find a doctor, or she might die. Durga asks Meera where they could possibly find a doctor at this time, but Meera reminds her that Anurag is a doctor. Durga, however, insists that she won’t accept treatment from Anurag as long as she’s alive. She then mentions a medicinal leaf that could ease her pain, saying that Chari Buri has it. Meera agrees to help.
Meera steps out of the room and informs Mohan of Durga’s critical condition, emphasizing the need to take her to Chari Buri if she is to survive. Overcoming his fear of Rajesh, Mohan agrees to help them.
At the mansion, Bhavya asks Aarthi if Durga will come there. Savitri expresses her disapproval of Durga visiting for every small reason and comments on it. Panibai chimes in, pointing out how Aarthi once liked Durga but no longer does, and she herself doesn’t want Durga to come. Aarthi explains that her reason for not allowing Durga to visit is different: she feels betrayed by Durga, whereas Panibai never liked her from the beginning.
Panibai counters by accusing Aarthi of growing arrogant because of her status as the mother-in-law. Savitri quickly intervenes, reminding Panibai to show respect. Panibai responds that she has endured enough humiliation from Savitri and warns that she will reveal the truth. When Savitri asks what she’s talking about, Panibai clarifies that while Savitri may be the eldest daughter-in-law, she herself is still the younger daughter-in-law and deserves respect too. Panibai recalls how, although her husband didn’t marry her traditionally to protect the family’s reputation, he still gave her the recognition and respect she deserved as his wife, along with a gift. Panibai threatens to reveal this truth in front of their sons and grandchildren if Savitri continues to humiliate her.
In the meantime, Meera and Mohan are shown taking Durga to Chari Buri in an auto.
Elsewhere, Chari Buri is seen talking to Anurag, who has come to the Kabela people to celebrate Diwali.
