The episode starts with Vikram telling Durga that he wants her to be given special care today. Savitri tells Vikram that he is taking very good care of Durga today. Vikram replies that he would do so, as Durga has achieved something great by topping the whole district.
Rajesh’s wives argue with him as he asks both of them to leave the house, saying he wants to trap Durga. Rajesh’s first wife argues and says she will not leave the house. She comments on Rajesh’s behavior, asking how many women’s lives he plans to destroy today. Rajesh responds to her comments.
Anubhav tells Devika and Charu that it is time for them to leave. Devika and Charu leave with Anubhav. Aarti talks to Durga and warns her to stay away from Rajesh, as he looks at her inappropriately. Aarti advises Durga to complain to Vikram if Rajesh causes any trouble. Durga expresses doubt, saying she’s unsure if Vikram will believe her, as Rajesh is his right-hand man. Aarti explains that Rajesh holds that position only because Vikram doesn’t know his true character. She also emphasizes how much Vikram cares for Durga.
Rajesh’s first wife continues to argue with him, refusing to leave. In response, Rajesh grabs a knife and holds it to her throat. Terrified, his first wife agrees to leave. Hasmukh takes Rajesh’s first wife and leaves with her.
Vikram praises the bond between Aarti and Durga. He later tells Aarti that she should leave, as a storm is brewing. Aarti agrees. Durga asks Aarti to take care of herself, and Aarti agrees before leaving.
Rajesh’s second wife confronts him, saying that he promised to marry her but hasn’t fulfilled his word. Rajesh asks what she lacks besides marriage, pointing out that she has nice clothes, a house, and jewelry. His second wife then asks about respect. Rajesh replies that his respect is hers and brushes off her concerns.
Rajesh tells his second wife that if she thinks she can get these things on her own, she is free to leave. Later, she asks him what she needs to do. Rajesh instructs her to pretend to be sick so that Durga will come to treat her. He plans to spend the night with Durga. He explains that, when the whole village shows up at his doorstep the next day, she just needs to say that she offered Durga a place to stay in her room, but Durga refused and spent the night with him instead. His second wife then asks if he will marry her tomorrow. Rajesh says yes and explains that she should say that no one will marry Durga now, and the only solution is for Durga to marry him. His second wife agrees. Rajesh promises to give her a necklace as a gift if she does as he says, and she agrees.
Vikram tells Durga to get ready, as they need to leave to meet the Kabela people. Durga agrees and leaves. Vikram thinks to himself that if Durga hadn’t forgotten her place, he wouldn’t have to do this today.
