The episode starts with Vikram and Durga arriving at the Kabela people’s place. The Kabela people ask Vikram why he has come. Vikram asks Durga to take out the blankets and give them to everyone, as the season is about to change. Durga agrees and leaves.
Vikram talks to the Kabela people and learns about how things are going with them. Durga also asks the Kabela people to take the blankets, as the season is changing and they will need them.
Vikram later discusses Durga with the Kabela people. He says the results of Durga’s medical exam are going to be released soon. He adds that Durga wants to become a doctor and take care of the Kabela people. The Kabela people credit Vikram for helping Durga reach such heights. Vikram tells Durga that he knows she will make him proud one day. Durga gives out blankets to all the Kabela people. They then tell Vikram that there is a water problem, and they ask him to do something about it. Vikram says he has already spoken to Rajesh about it. The Kabela people complain to Vikram that Rajesh hasn’t been listening to them. Vikram reassures them, saying he has already warned Rajesh, and if the issue continues, they can report it directly to him or to Durga.
Jaributi arrives and greets Durga. They chat, and Jaributi mentions she is experiencing back pain. Vikram greets Jaributi and asks Durga to take care of her, which Durga agrees to do.
Durga tells Jaributi that she will give her medicine that will relieve her back pain. Soon, other Kabela people also come to Durga seeking medicine, and she helps them one by one.
Rajesh calls Vikram, explaining that his wife is very sick and unable to move, and he doesn’t know what to do since the hospital is far away. Vikram calls Durga and tells her about Rajesh’s wife, asking if she will go and treat her. He says it’s her choice. Durga agrees to go. Vikram tells her he has to leave immediately and says he will ask Rajesh to send his jeep to pick her up. Vikram asks Rajesh, who agrees to send his jeep right away.
The jeep arrives to pick up Durga. Vikram asks her to return home quickly, and Durga agrees before leaving.
While traveling in the jeep to Rajesh’s house, Durga receives a call from Anurag. She answers and tells him she is on her way to Rajesh’s house to treat his sick wife. Anurag asks Durga if Vikram forced her to go. Durga replies that Vikram left the decision to her. Anurag then advises Durga not to go to Rajesh’s house and asks her to return home.
