Episode begins with Dada ji asking the about Neel’s health. Faltu says he is still unconscious. Dada ji says I am just coming, servant comes and says driver is not well and Garima asked you not to drive. Dada ji says then what should I do. Dada ji requests Faltu to stay a bit more he will be there soon. Dada ji says you got him to the hospital so I trust you, just please stay there I will pay you in whatever way you will say. Faltu says no no I don’t want anything in return. Dada ji gives his number to Faltu so that she can call him.
Tanisha sits beside Ayaan and comes close to him. She sets his head on pillow. Ayaan holds her hand and calls her as Faltu. Tanisha takes advantage of this and kisses Ayaan’s hands. Tanisha is leans to kiss Ayaan’s head. Savita thinks to check on Ayaan and opens the Ayaan’s room. She is shocked to see Tanisha there. Tanisha is setting his blanket and bed. Savita asks what are you doing here? Tanisha says I was passing from here and saw him sleeping sitting so I decided to cover him with a blanket as his health is not well. Savita thanks her and says I will sit here, you can go and sleep, in this state Ayaan needs his family and a friend as well. Tanisha nods and goes to sleep. Savita checks the fever and it’s down so she prays to god for making things right for Ayaan.
Here, Neel wakes up and reacts if his kidney is taken by Faltu. Faltu comes and makes sarcastic taunts on him. Faltu tells him how now his dada ji knows about your health. Neel worries and says I need to go. Doctor says no you can’t. Neel takes the phone and runs away with it. Faltu tries to chase her and then remembers to inform Dada ji. Faltu tells him how Neel is running from the hospital. Faltu asks Dada ji to call him. Dada ji says he will switch off the phone and will not respond to me. Faltu thinks what to do and then runs out and stops Neel’s cab and tries to make the cab driver back out on taking Neel to Mumbai. Faltu sits inside the cab and thinks she has stopped the cab but Neel convinces Faltu and he drives them to Mumbai. Faltu thinks I can’t go back to Mumbai. Neel says you told Dada ji everything and started this cab drama so you need to come with me too.
Next day, Tanisha asks the lawyer to hurry up and send the divorce papers. Sumitra comes to her and says so much is going on in the house, Ayesha is giving divorce to Kinshuk, Ayaan is giving divorce to Faltu, everything is breaking apart. They see Savita and Ayaan come downstairs so they change the topic. Savita makes Ayaan sit and gets tea for him. Tanisha gets the divorce papers and gives it to Ayaan. Ayaan is shocked that it’s his and Faltu’s divorce papers. Ayaan feels emotional. On the other hand, Neel sees Faltu asleep and thinks she must be knowing about my Dada ji’s business status hence she is sleeping peacefully and she is not leaving me alone.
Faltu says you are right your Dada ji has no knowledge of people, as then he wouldn’t have trusted someone like you who disrespects him. Neel says you are such a drama. Faltu says you were after girls so much yesterday what happened to you today? Neel is irritated. Neel asks her name. Faltu tells her name so Neel and the driver have a great laugh knowing someone is named as Faltu. Here, Ayaan is motivated to sign the papers but he says he can’t. Savita says Faltu won’t return, she destroyed you and this family so what’s the point in keeping this relationship specially when she has chosen someone else. Tanisha says it’s best decision for you, we want you to see her happy. Ayaan remembers Faltu and Ruhan together. Ayaan signs the paper. Tanisha smirks.

Precap – Dada ji insists on repaying Faltu in some form. Staff agency comes to Mittal house to inform them how the three waitresses didn’t work for their agency. Tanisha is shocked and tries to make him go when Ayaan comes there and stops him.
