Episode begins with doctor informing the family about Dadi having an heart attack. Doctor asks to submit 1.5 Lakhs in the counter for the surgery to start. Doctor leaves. Govind says all our accounts are freezed how will we arrange money? Harsh says I have encashed some stocks so I have that in my personal account let me bring the cash from atm. He goes. Faltu says to Ayaan that I am going to talk to Ruhan to let us stay in the house. Ayaan says no need, I will figure something out. Faltu says with Dadi and Dad’s health issue, we can’t take them to new places. Faltu goes. Ayaan feels angry.
Lawyer tells Ruhan about the position of the Mittal house. Ruhan says we will take no new step towards the mansion, give it time. Shanaya comes and tells Ruhan about Faltu not picking up her calls. Ruhan says don’t worry they are still in the house. Shanaya says you will talk to her right? Ruhan says yes I will. Shanaya says thanks bhai, I am so excited to practice together with Faltu. Shanaya goes. The servant informs Ruhan about Faltu wanting to meet her.
Faltu comes and Ruhan asks her if everything is okay? She is here so late at night. Faltu says I need a favour from you and I will do anything in return, Janardan and Dadi are not well and our new rented flat also we lost as the owner denied to give that to us, we need sometime to vacate the house till the time Dadi and Dad recover. Ruhan says you all can stay there as long as you want, I never asked you guys to vacate so don’t worry, we humans should understand each other’s problems, like you have understood mine. Faltu says you are right, I understand your situation, Shanaya is really strong and she will get better soon.
Ruhan says Shanaya has found a friend in you, I am happy to see how positive she is now for her life, I was trying to this from years and you did it so I am really happy. Faltu says Shanaya is really bright and she will surely fulfill her dreams, this season it’s difficult to get into finals but I am sure that next season we can. Ruhan says there is no way to do it this season? Faltu says I didn’t understand. Ruhan says no issues, you take rest go home it’s very late. Faltu says thank you so much. Faltu leaves. Ruhan says I will surely make you pay for my favour and then I need to take revenge too from Janardhan.
Ayaan comes to Kinshuk and asks him if he talked to Kinshuk. Kinshuk says no. Tanisha and Sid come to hospital. Govind and Ayaan scolds them and asks them to go aways. Tanisha says I know we were wrong and we want to repent so we will stay here with you all. Ayaan goes from there angrily. Faltu comes to Ayaan and tells him about her conversation with Ruhan. Ayaan says I find something fishy in Ruhan’s behaviour, there is something we are unable to see. Faltu says maybe he is happy with us as I helped Shanaya.
Ayaan says I was against it all, Shanaya then Ruhan but somehow they are too involved in our family matters. Kinshuk comes to take Ayaan as the doctor is calling him. Doctor informs them all about blockages in Janardhan’s heart and Dadi’s weak heart, the surgery would initially require 12 lakh rupees. Doctor goes and everyone worries about the fund. Tanisha says I will ask Kanika to provide the money. Ayaan says we don’t need your money. They all brainstorm ideas but are unable to find any solution. Ayaan goes to talk to the officials but get no help. Faltu takes Ayaan aside and suggests to talk to Ruhan but Ayaan disagrees.
