The episode starts with Pakhi receiving Ishan’s message. Ishan says to Pakhi to come to the location he will share taking twenty thousand, a patient is very serious. Pakhi texts him that she’s coming. Pakhi gets ready to leave. She prays to the Universe for everything to be fine in her wedding. Pakhi’s duppata gets stuck. Pakhi asks if the Univers is signing her to not go, but Ishan called her. She is about to leave through the window. Pakhi’s mother knocks on the door asking her to open it. Pakhi gives some excuse and says that she wants to be alone for a while. Pakhi’s mother insists to open the door. Agastya comes there and sends her from there saying she has been called. Pakhi leaves. Agastya says that Pakhi should go to Ishan, as he is waiting for her.
Ishan reaches a place and looks for Kardhar Singh. He doesn’t find him. He says that maybe they took the baby to the hospital and decides leave. He stops and turns around hearing a sound. He finds a drone camera filming him. He gets sacred and asks whose drone it’s. Agastya is watching it in his mobile. Other side Pakhi is on the way in a taxi. Agastya is also monitoring Pakhi.
Agastya insists Shubham to remove his veil. All gets shocked Shubham in the place of Ishan. They question him where Ishan is. Subham tells them about Ishan’s message. Ishan’s dad says that Ishan can’t send someone else. Sami says that it’s a cheat. Agastya calms him down and aska Shubham to call Ishan. He obliges. Ishan is about to attend the call, but Yug snatches Ishan’s phone. Ishan says that he is a doctor. Yug says that he knows it and aska why he wants to become Pakhi’s heart’s doctor. Ishan asks what is his connection with Pakhi.
Shubham says that the phone is unreachable. They try to contact Ishan and finds Ishan’s phone is switched off. Pakhi and Ishan’s family get worried. Samy sits holding a chest. Shanaya says that Pakhi isn’t in her room too. The guest starts taunting Pakhi’s family. Other side Yug beats Ishan.
Agastya assures Pakhi’s mother saying that he asked police to find Pakhi and Ishan. The cab driver drops Pakhi in the location. He says that it doesn’t look like a safe place and offers to wait for her. Pakhi refuses him saying that her husband will take care of her. Pakhi goes in. She wonders why Ishan called her in such location. She calls out Ishan. The latter hears her. Yug stabs Ishan and leaves from there.
Pakhi looks for Ishan. She becomes numb on seeing Ishan getting stabbed. Pakhi screams Ishan and removes the knife from Ishan’s body. Just then Agastya comes there with police and Pakhi’s family. They all look shocked. A man says that Pakhi stabbed her future husband. Then Ishan’s dad and brother come and shout Ishan. They cry on seeing Ishan. They ask to call ambulance. Police asks them to go back. Agastya takes a step to move to Pakhi. Virat Singh, Natasha’s boyfriend, who is a cop, stops Agastya. He asks everyone to go out of the crime screen. He also makes Pakhi to move away from Ishan. Pakhi cries hugging her mother and says that Ishan asked her to come here taking money as a patient is serious. Virat asks to give Pakhi some water so that she will be able to answer his question when he will enquire. He doesn’t like waste his time.
Ishan has been taken in the hospital. Pakhi cries recalling Ishan’s words. Pakhi’s mother comforts her. Agastya says to Virat that Pakhi isn’t in the state to give statement. Virat says Agastya to not interfere in his investigation, he doesn’t like it. The cops takes Pakhi despite Pakhi’s dad trying to stop them. Agastya says that Pakhi has done a mistake and it’s necessary to make her realize it.
