The episode starts with Shanaya coming in front of Agastya and getting stabbed. Ishan gets shocked and says this isn’t their part of their plan. Agastya rushes Shanaya to the hospital. Ishan thinks that he doesn’t want to put Shanaya’s life in risk, but he has to take advantage of the situation. He comes to Agastya. He pretends that he doesn’t know anything and asks what happened. Agastya tells what happened. Ishan asks if he informed Pakhi. Agastya says that he didn’t get time, he will call her now.

Sameer is talking with Pakhi about Prema’s mother, who is not well. Pakhi receives Agastya’s call. Sameer answers it. Agastya tries to tell him, but he is unable, so Ishan takes the phone. He says that Shanaya sad attacked and she got stabbed. Agastya rushed to the hospital. Sameer is stunned hearing this.

Pakhi and Sameer rush to the hospital. Pakhi asks Ishan where Shanaya is. Ishan says that Shanaya is in the emergency, doctors are trying to save her. Pakhi wonders who could attack her. Sameer blames Agastya and fights with him. Agastya says that he tried to save Shanaya from the goons. Sameer tries to strangle Agastya.

Pakhi and Ishan stop him. Ishan says to Sameer to wait, Shanaya will tell once she will be well. Pakhi asks about Shanaya. Ishan says that her wound is deep. Sameer slaps Agastya blaming him for Shanaya’s condition. He asks Agastya to get out. Sameer goes with Ishan to see Shanaya.

Agastya begins to walk crying. Pakhi notices that Agastya’s bleeding wound and cries. Agastya prays to God for Shanaya’s recovery. Dadi, who has come for her routine, comes to Agastya knowing what happened with Shanaya. Agastya hugs dadi crying saying that Sameer blames him for Shanaya’s condition. Dadi sees Pakhi coming. Dadi ask Pakhi why Sameer is blaming Agastya and if she’s also blame him. Pakhi says that she’s not in the state to think of anything and wishes Shanaya’s recovery.

Dadi assures Pakhi that God will make her fine. Agastya asks Pakhi about Shanaya’s update. Pakhi takes Agastya to a doctor and says to treat his wound. Agastya says that it’s not a deep wound. Pakhi asks Agastya to sit and gets his wound treated. Doctor does his bandage. Pakhi runs on hearing Sameer calling her out.

Sameer says to Pakhi that Shanaya needs blood and AB- is a rare group and the hospital doesn’t have stock of it. He says that he can’t give the blood as he is diabetes. So he decides to get blood from any outside blood bank. Doctor says that Shanaya’s heart beat is slowing down and says to the nurse ask her family if they arranged the blood. The nurse asks the same to Ishan. He says that he couldn’t arrange. Just then a ward boy says that they got blood.

Pakhi, Dadi and Ishan come and see Agastya donating the blood. Doctor says that Agastya can’t donate blood as he himself injured. Agastya asks the doctor to take his blood as his sister’s life is in danger. Doctor agrees. Late doctor announces to the family that Shanaya is saved and says that Agastya saved Shanaya’s life by bringing her to the hospital in right time and by donating blood. Dadi says to Sameer that Shanaya is fine and his doubt about Agastya must be cleared.

Doctor says that there’s a bad news. Doctor says that Shanaya’s uterus is damaged, so she won’t be able to become mother hereafter shocking all. Agastya and Pakhi ask doctor to do any treatment. Doctor says that there is no any treatment. Sameer cries. Pakhi assures him that Shanaya will be fine. Agastya says to Pakhi that she hired private detective and police and will find whoever did this. Pakhi feels dizzy. Agastya holds her. Ishan gives her water. Pakhi says that she’s fine and leaves. Agastya says that he knows who is behind all this. Ishan gets shocked and asks who could do this.

Agastya says that someone is trying to separate him and Pakhi and the same person attacked Shanaya. He says that he doesn’t understand why he targeted Shanaya. He says to Ishan that the same person framed him. He vows to find that person. Ishan assures that police will find the culprit.

Pakhi finds Agastya sleeping. She thinks that one side that Agastya is caring for Shanaya as her elder brother and other side there’s proof that he didn’t change. She wonders what to believe.
