The episode starts with Reeva looking at the tattoo in the mirror. Reeva takes Ishaan’s jacket and hugs it and thinks about him. Reeva later dances with the jacket. Reeva looks at the calendar and thinks of her first day at the college. Reeva later marks the end of her probation period and marks it as her engagement day.
Reeva takes out a ring and says to Ishaan in her heart that she took this ring to put on his finger at their engagement but she couldn’t do it at that time but she will do it soon. Reeva later shows the tattoo of Ishaan’s name that she had behind her neck to Ishaan’s photo. Reeva says she only belongs to him.
The doctor says to Savi’s family that they need to shift Ninad to a private hospital to do his surgery. Ashwini says they don’t have money to pay for the surgery. The doctor says he will do the surgery and everything is free to them. Ashwini thanks the doctor. The doctor says they should thank Ishaan as he agreed to pay for Ninad’s treatment. Savi feels elated and decides to go and thank Ishaan.
Bhosle Institute staff come to Ishaan’s cabin along with Reeva. They praise Reeva’s idea of counselling room and says they should definitely do it.
Reeva says to Ishaan that she would like to show him a presentation that she made. Ishaan feels uncomfortable with Reeva’s closeness and shouts at her. Bhosle staff asks Ishaan what happened. Ishaan says he is not feeling well and says they will talk about this later. Bhosle staff agrees and leaves from there.
Reeva later comes back to Ishaan’s cabin to take her laptop. Reeva says to Ishaan that she forgot this laptop and came to get it back. Ishaan argues with Reeva seeing her saying she doesn’t care about him that’s why she came to this college. Reeva says if she stays away from him she feels like she is a living dead body. Reeva apologises to Ishaan for hurting him and leaves from there.
Prateek comes to Ishaan. Prateek learns about what happened from Ishaan and comments on it.
Ishaan and Prateek come to the hospital. Ishaan offers sweets to Savi. Savi says she is fasting and says after Ninad’s surgery succeeds she will eat this sweet.
The doctor comes out and gives good news to Savi’s family that Ninad is completely out of danger. Ashwini asks if they could meet Ninad. The doctor says they could meet him after a while.
Savi hugs Ishaan and thanks him for his help. Ishaan says he didn’t pay any money but he just contacted the right person. Ishaan says he just repaid the favour as she saved his sister Durva from Samrud.

Precap:- The reporters question Ishaan that they got information that Surekha is responsible for him and Isha being seperated and asks if Ishaan and Isha are patching up their old feud. Surekha losing consciousness. Reeva catches Surekha. Ishaan blames Savi for the situation.
Isha says to Savi that she shouldn’t have brought up about her and Ishaan’s matter and made it public like this. Isha says Ishaan will never forgive her. Savi says she hopes that with this. Ishaan and Isha will get together.
Savi comes to Ishaan and says to Ishaan that she did it not only for Isha but also for him. Ishaan pushes Savi away. Reeva comes to Ishaan.
