The episode starts with Surekha taunting Isha that she has to live alone in this age without her husband and son. She says you lost your family for your career. Isha asks why she is worrying for her so much. Surekha says tomorrow is ishaan’s birthday and he didn’t even remember you. She says Ishaan just considers her as a mother. Isha reminds Surekha that her son Chinmai left her as a result of separating Ishaan from her. She asks Surekha to not force her to say more and cuts the call. Isha cries. Surekha gets startled.
Later Ishaan sees the darkness in the hall. He sees the skull on the table and gets shocked. Everyone comes out and wishes Ishaan happy birthday. Ishaan says they scared him. Durva says that’s your fake cake. She asks him to cut his real cake. Ishaan looks happy with his family’s surprise.
Isha pens a heartfelt note for Ishaan explaining how much he is important to her in life. She writes they both are in the same city but she is unable to be part of his birthday. She asks him to remember that she loves him so much. Savi asks Isha why she is feeling emotional while writing an article. Isha says this is a letter for my son. Isha tells Savi how she writes a letter to Ishaan every year but never posts them.
Ishaan cuts the cake and celebrates his birthday with his family. Savi makes Isha cut the cake telling a mother was born along with Ishaan. Ishaan gets calls from unknown numbers but no one talks to him. Reva sees Ishaan’s photo. She says to Ishaan’s photo that she called him to wish him but doesn’t have the courage to talk to him. She wishes him a happy birthday seeing his photo and tells him how important he is to her.
The next day, Isha prays to Bappa for Ishaan’s happiness. Savi prays to Bappa to grant Isha’s wishes. Savi leaves for college. Savi gives a gift to Ishaan. She asks him to eat Bappa prashad too. Ishaan eats the prashad and leaves. Savi thinks next year’s birthday he will eat sweets from Isha’s hand. Later Savi returns to the hotel and gets to know Ishaan’s birthday is going to be celebrated there. Savi feels happy and decides to bring Isha to the birthday party.
Savi takes out Isha for a walking. Durva and family members surprise Ishaan with their arrangements in the hotel. Ishaan says arrangements are good and asks why the screen is present here. Durva tells him that he needs to identify the person seeing the birthday wish on screen. Ishaan starts guessing the person who wished him in that way. Savi and Isha come there. Isha gets surprised to see Ishaan.

Precap – Isha comes with a cake to Ishaan’s birthday party. Ishaan throws the cake away. Ishaan asks Isha why she came here? Isha says she was about to leave. Ishaan says to Isha that the day she left him she is dead to him. Ishaan asks Isha not to come to see his dead body after he is dead. Isha asks Ishaan not to speak like that with tears in her eyes.
