The episode starts with Ishaan motivating Savi to focus on her studies. A ward boy comes and says to Ishaan that doctor is calling him. Ishaan leaves from there.
Bhavani comes and asks Savi who is he. Savi says to Bhavani that Ishaan is her professor. Bhavani asks Savi why is he helping her this much. Savi says Ishaan not only helped her but he helps everyone. Savi asks Bhavani why is she asking about it. Bhavani says a man doesn’t help a woman that easily. Savi says to Bhavani that she always has problems with people who help her just like Isha. Savi also says Ishaan is Isha’s son. Savi says Bhavani should thank him. Bhavani says she should also thank her. Bhavani says to Savi how she felt after Savi left their family from the marriage. Bhavani says to Savi that with how Savi saved Ninad all of her mistakes are forgiven. Bhavani also says Vinu showed her the mirror of her upbringing and she hated his behaviour as he became so selfish. Bhavani says Savi proved that a girl can also be better than a boy.
Harini says everyone should eat the food as they haven’t eaten anything from the morning. Savi asks Vinu to eat the food and forget about what happened. Vinu says to Savi that Bhavani was right and he became so selfish. Savi asks Vinu to forget about it. Vinu asks Savi to eat with his own hand then he will forget about it. Savi agrees.
Isha comes to meet Savi at the hospital. Bhavani comes to Isha and says to Isha that if Ninad is alive it is all because of Ishaan’s help. Bhavani starts praising Isha’s upbringing of Ishaan but Ishaan intervenes and says she should give the credit of his upbringing to his Aunt Surekha not to Isha. Ishaan later leaves from there. Shantanu covers up saying Ishaan loves Surekha a little more than Isha.
Bhavani says this is also their family story and says to Isha how Virat is close to her. Bhavani says how Virat always used to go to Ashwini when he is in pain or if he wants anything. Isha gets emotional hearing about it and leaves from there.
Savi comes to Isha’s house to celebrate Isha’s birthday. Shantanu warns Savi not to feel low if she couldn’t cheer up Isha.
Savi and Shantanu try to cheer up Isha but Isha still feels down thinking about what happened. Ishan complaints to Shantanu saying she realised today what she has missed and thinks she should have taken Ishaan with her.

Precap:- The reporters question Ishaan that they got information that Surekha is responsible for him and Isha being separated and asks if Ishaan and Isha are patching up their old feud. Surekha losing consciousness. Reeva catches Surekha. Ishaan blames Savi for the situation.
Isha says to Savi that she shouldn’t have brought up about her and Ishaan’s matter and made it public like this. Isha says Ishaan will never forgive her. Savi says she hopes that with this. Ishaan and Isha will get together.
Savi comes to Ishaan and says to Ishaan that she did it not only for Isha but also for him. Ishaan pushes Savi away. Reeva comes to Ishaan.
