The episode starts with Lucky visiting the Bhosle’s house. Shantanu asks Lucky to sit and questions why he didn’t come to see their Bappa. Lucky explains that they installed Bappa at their home, so he’s been busy. He offers to guard the Akhandjyoti at their Bappa’s shrine that night. Aman says he can take care of it instead, but Lucky tells Aman that he has office work, so he’ll handle it himself. Mrunmayi supports Lucky and asks him to take care of the Akhandjyoti. She mentions that Bappa must have sent him because she needs to sleep for 8 hours to prepare for an interview the next day. Lucky realizes his plan has failed. Aman smiles at Lucky’s situation and leaves. Isha, Shantanu, and Mrunmayi go to sleep, leaving Lucky to guard the Akhandjyoti.
Meanwhile, Savi meets the doctor and hands him samples of Rajat’s hair and Sai’s nails for a DNA test. The doctor mentions that he has heard of Rajat before and recalls that Rajat came to the hospital for a DNA test but backed out at the last minute. Savi explains that the matter is sensitive and asks him to send the report to her as soon as possible. The doctor assures her that she will receive the report the next day. He instructs his assistant to give the report only to Savi. Savi thinks about how Sai’s future depends on the report.
The next day, Bhagyashree sees a pamphlet for a dhol competition in their society. Lucky tells her that he has already submitted their family name for the competition. Ridhi reminds him that they don’t know how to play the dhol. Lucky says Rajat will help them win. Bhagyashree, Lucky, and Ridhi encourage Rajat to participate and help their family win, but Rajat refuses and walks away. Aman observes this.
Mrunmayi shows the dhol competition pamphlet to Savi and asks her to participate, but Savi refuses. Isha, Shantanu, and Mrunmayi convince Savi to participate, suggesting that they can donate the prize money to an orphanage.
Later, Aman tells Mrunmayi that Rajat is still refusing to participate in the competition. Mrunmayi says she has a plan to change his mind and shares it with Aman. He asks if it will work, and Mrunmayi confidently says she will handle her part and asks him to do his. Mrunmayi then goes to Savi and instigates her against Rajat, claiming that Rajat said she can’t win the competition. Angered, Savi says she will confront him. She goes to Rajat and challenges him to defeat her in the competition if he has such an attitude, then walks away.
Aman tries to persuade Rajat to accept the challenge and prove Savi wrong by winning the dhol competition, but Rajat refuses. Aman worries that Mrunmayi will kill him if the plan fails.
At the competition, Savi defeats several participants. Ridhi asks if anyone can beat Savi. Aman announces Rajat’s name, and Rajat steps forward. The Thakkars cheer for him. Rajat tells Savi that she made a mistake by challenging him. Rajat and Savi face off in the dhol competition, but Rajat wins after Savi’s dhol gets torn.
Savi notices Lakshman with the DNA test results. She takes the reports from him and pulls Rajat aside.
Bhagyashree mocks the Bhosle family for losing the dhol competition. Isha defends them, saying that Savi’s dhol was torn, so it wasn’t a fair loss.
Savi gives the DNA report to Rajat and asks him to read it. Rajat is shocked to see that Saisha is his daughter. Overjoyed, Rajat expresses his happiness. Savi comments on the situation, reminding Rajat that Saisha is indeed his daughter.
Later, Ridhi announces Rajat as the winner of the competition. Rajat celebrates his victory with his daughter.
Savi observes Rajat’s behavior and concludes that Rajat will never change, thinking that even Saisha is just a competition to him.
Rajat recalls how Savi was looking at him while he was cleaning his wound with cotton.
