The episode begins with a drunken Neil insisting on meeting Sai. Savi tries to reason with him, saying he’s drunk and should leave. Neil refuses and creates a scene outside her house. Inspector Keshav observes from a distance, hoping Neil doesn’t reveal that he’s working undercover on a secret mission.
When Neil insists on going inside, Savi splashes water on him to stop him. As he slips, she holds him and warns him to leave or she’ll call the police. Keshav intervenes and takes Neil aside.
Keshav questions Neil about his presence there. With tears in his eyes, Neil says he wants to meet Sai. Keshav asks why he cares so much for Sai and whether he wants to become her father. Neil recalls moments with Sai and says he wouldn’t mind becoming her father, but he hates the idea of marrying Savi, calling her a “Hitler.” Keshav tells him to keep quiet and asks if he told Savi about being appointed by Manjekar as an officer on special duty. Neil, frustrated, says Keshav is wasting his time and asks him to inform Manjekar that he wants to be Sai’s father. Inside, Savi watches and firmly decides not to let “dokabazz” Neil near her daughter again and shuts the door.
Neil returns home drunk. Jeetu and Manjari are shocked to see his condition. Manjari tells him he never drank even after Teju’s death and asks what happened. Neil complains that the “kadoos” Savi stopped him from meeting Sai. Jeetu asks how he met Sai, but Neil refuses to answer. When Manjari presses him, Neil emotionally declares he won’t let Savi separate him from his “little Pookie” and vows to meet Sai. As he stumbles, Jeetu tries to help, but Neil refuses and walks away. Manjari notes a flicker of hope in Neil’s eyes, while Jeetu worries that Savi and Neil are destined to stay apart.
The next morning, Savi wakes up and sees Sai making a drawing of Neil. She wonders when their bond grew so strong. Meanwhile, Manjari gives Neil lemon water and asks what he did while drunk. Neil remembers his behavior with Savi and regrets it. He tries to call her to apologize but realizes she has blocked him. Manjari asks about his next step. Neil drinks the lemon water and rushes out. Jeetu silently hopes Neil doesn’t land in trouble.
Neil waits outside Savi’s house. Soon, Savi, Sai, and Bhagyashree step out. Seeing them, Neil hides. Savi tells Bhagyashree to wait on the bench for the cab. Sai says Neil’s phone is still unreachable, and Neil, hiding nearby, feels that Sai misses him too. Savi tells Sai to try calling later. The cab arrives, and they leave for the hospital. Neil follows them.
Meanwhile, Ridhi teaches Maruti a trick to play carroms. At the hospital, Keshav refers to Neil as Sai’s father. Neil denies remembering saying that and asks Keshav to leave him alone. Later, Neil asks a senior doctor if he can assist with OPD patients, and the doctor agrees.
Savi brings Bhagyashree to the doctor’s cabin and is stunned to see Neil inside.
