The episode starts with Ishaan and Savi running into each other in the hospital. Harini witnesses Ishaan catching Savi when she is about to fall and thinks everything is fine in between them. Savi comes and hugs Harini. Savi says she is still feeling like she is in a dream. Harini pinches Savi to make her realise that this is not a dream. Ishaan asks Harini how is she. Harini thanks Ishaan for his help. Harini says to Ishaan that if both Harini and Savi are alive it is only because of him. Harini says when she sees both of them together her heart is peaceful. Ishaan says to Harini that there is no need to thank him. Ishaan leaves from there. Reeva witnesses it from afar.
Harini asks Savi how are the things in between her and Ishaan. Harini asks Savi how is her marriage life.
The doctor says to Ishaan that Harini might have come out of coma but she is still weak. The doctor says Harini should not be distressed and says it might prove fatal for her.
Harini asks Savi if Ishaan family has accepted her or not. Savi lies to Harini that everything is going well and asks Harini not to worry. Harini feels headache. Savi asks Harini to take rest. Savi decides to tell Harini the truth once Harini gets discharged.
Reeva returns to Bhosle mansion. Surekha asks Reeva where is Ishaan. Reeva says Ishaan is with Savi and says Harini has regained consciousness. Surekha says it’s a good thing as Savi will not trouble them using Harini as an excuse. Swanand reminds Surekha that last time Harini made Ishaan and Savi get married and asks Surekha what will she do if she forces Ishaan to stay with Savi by making him swear on her. Swati asks Surekha if there is any guarantee that Ishaan will still not hurt Reeva this time. Yashwant says no matter what Ishaan’s decision is, he already made his decision and that is he will not allow Savi and Harini into this house. Chinmay comments on Yashwant and says if fate wants Ishaan and Savi to be together then no one can do anything. Reeva goes to wait for Ishaan.
Shukla calls Savi and asks Savi how is Harini. Savi says Harini got better. Savi asks Shukla to find a house with a low rent for her and Harini. Shukla agrees.
Ishaan asks Savi what will she do when Harini asks her why is she not staying in Ishaan’s home. Savi says she will tell the truth. Ishaan says he already talked with the doctor and he strictly ordered them that Harini should be in a happy environment and she should not be distressed. Ishaan attends Yashwant’s call. Yashwant asks Ishaan to return home quickly as today is his and Reeva’s engagement. Savi overhears it and feels distressed. Ishaan says he is coming there right away. Ishaan asks Savi not to tell the truth to Harini and leaves from there.
Reeva thinks about Ishaan. Savi is also shown to be thinking about Ishaan. Shikha comes to Reeva. Reeva has an emotional breakdown and asks Shikha if she has no right to be happy as always things like this happen with her. Shikha says they are forced by circumstances and asks Reeva to trust God and says whatever happens will for everyone’s benefit.
Savi’s inner self comes out and questions Savi why is she hesitating to tell the truth. Savi reminds her inner self about Ishaan’s warning. Savi’s inner self asks Savi how will she hide the truth from Harini and till how long. Savi says she doesn’t know and comments on it. Savi see a Harini waking up so she stops speaking to herself.
Reeva’s parents are about to take Reeva away. Ishaan returns home. Reeva’s parents question Ishaan if he is going to leave Reeva again. Ishaan thinks about Savi and Harini.

Precap:-Savi’s tea stall is shown to be burnt. Ishaan takes out Savi’s parents photo from the fire and says to Savi that he can’t allow her memories to be burnt. Reeva sees Ishaan’s hands are burnt. Reeva says that he burnt the hands on which she put the ring on his finger. Savi asks Ishaan why did he do this as she means nothing to him.
