The episode starts with Ishaan and Savi looking at Harini through the glass. The doctor says to Savi and Ishaan that Harini’s mental state is also really bad just like her physical condition. Savi pleads with the doctor to save Harini. The doctor says they will try their level best.
Savi thanks Ishaan for his help and says she can never repay him for his help. Ishaan tries to tell the truth to Savi but Yashwant and Surekha come to Ishaan and interrupt him. Surekha after talking to Ishaan consoles Savi. Surekha later tries to tell Savi about Ishaan and Reeva’s marriage but the nurse interrupts Savi and says to Savi that she needs to come with her as she has to sign a few documents. Savi agrees and leaves from there.
Ishaan asks Surekha not to tell Savi about his marriage. Surekha and Yashwant remind Ishaan about his duty towards Reeva as he is neglecting Reeva thinking about Savi’s family and reminds Ishaan how Reeva supported him. Surekha says to Ishaan that he needs to attend his mehendi ceremony tomorrow. Ishaan agrees.
Ishaan and Reeva are shown to be in Mehandi ceremony. Surekha thinks Ishaan and Reeva look good together.
Surekha ties the sacred thread to both Ishaan and Reeva. Surekha asks Ishaan and Reeva to make sure that this thread doesn’t come off their wrist until their marriage happens as this signifies that their marriage will happen without any mishap.
Durva asks Prateek to play some jazz songs not old songs like these. Durva challenges Prateek saying the ladies side can’t match their energy.
Prateek and all the family members of Reeva and Ishaan dance in his Mehandi function. Reeva also dances with Ishaan. Ishaan’s thread is shown to have fallen off on the dance floor.
The doctor comes to Savi and says to Savi that there is a big problem.
Surekha asks Ishaan to give this Shagun to Reeva with his hands. Ishaan recalls about Savi’s family and drops Shagun Ka Thaal. The guests say that it is inauspicious for the Shagun Ka Thaal to be dropped like this. Ishaan apologises to Reeva and leaves from there.
The doctor says to Savi that Harini has a lot of bleeding and says they need an O-ve blood group within 3 hrs if not they will not be able to save Harini.
Savi tries to get O-ve blood group. Savi makes a video saying she needs O -ve blood group for her sister and asks for help in social media.
Ishaan watches it and decides to go to Savi.
Surekha comforts Reeva and gives her Shagun Ka Thaal. Ishaan calls Prateek outside and says to Prateek that he has to go to the hospital saying Savi needs him and asks Prateek to handle everything here. Ishaan leaves from there.
Ishaan comes to the hospital and meets Savi. Savi gets a call from the nurse that they found a donor. Savi and Ishaan come and see that the donor is Kiran and they get shocked seeing him.

Reeva argues with Ishaan about it asking him how could he say something like this. Ishaan says he just said it casually. Reeva says he will only speak if it is on his mind.
