Episode starts with Sunny trying to make Pakhi understand that she should not get stuck in the past. She should move on and let Virat live happily with Sai. That time the situation was wrong. So she can’t hold the grudges. Pakhi says means you are blaming me for separating Sai and Virat. Virat stops Sunny from talking anything. He leaves for the doctor appointment. Pakhi insists to go but Sunny says means she didn’t understand anything what he was trying to tell her. Pakhi gets upset.
Virat tries to pay the money but he gets to know Sai has already paid. He gets happy and goes to her. He asks her why she came here. Sai says he is late, she came here for her check up as Chavans keep telling her that she is mad. Virat smiles and teases her saying they are right. Virat asks Sai why she switched off her phone, he wanted to talk to her last night. Sai hides the truth and says she switched off the phone knowingly to avoid him. Virat notices her expressions and recalls Sunny’s words that she started loving her. He says you can come here for the appointment but you can’t come back to house. Sai says she doesn’t want to talk to him. Also she didn’t instigate Devyani like how Pakhi said.
Doctor says Virat is absolutely fit and fine. Its no less than a miracle. Sai’s love and care cured him. Sai says she has done all these for fulfilling responsiblity only. Doctor replies if there’s love then only we can understand our duties towards someone.
Virat and Sai talk about the report. She thinks why Virat is not bothered and didn’t tell her to come back to the house. Sai says she wants to tell something to Virat. Virat thinks Sai will finally confess her feelings for him. He tells her to proceed further. Sai thinks she should says what she is thinking from last night. Sai and Virat get shy. Virat thinks he should also propose her. Virat’s dream ends. Back to reality Sai says she is going to college and will come back to the house. Virat feels happy that Sai at least is coming back.
Sai enters and Ashwini hugs her. Ninad taunts her saying he is feeling happy to see her back. Sai says she knows he is not at all happy with her return. Bhavani says its not a hotel or guest house that Sai will come and go whenever she wants. Sai gives her hard hitting reply.
Omkar and Ninad taunt Sai. Ninad says he is feeling like hitting Sai for insulting Bhavani. Sai says she also won’t spare him for torturing her. Bhavani says how dare she. Sai says why can’t she question Bhavani’s teachings and upbringing when someone is giving open threat to beat her then why will she stay quiet. The moment she returned everyone is blaming her. Sonali says Sai is hopeless.
Bhavani says Sai didn’t even inform before going to Pulkit’s house. She told Pulkit to call. Mohit supports Sai saying she informed Ashwini before going to Pulkit’s house. It not an unknown place, its Devyani’s house only. Karishma compares herself with Sai saying if she did the same they would have thrown her out. Mohit says you are not like Sai.
Karishma gets offended and she argues with Mohit for siding with Sai always. Sonali blames Sai for creating misunderstanding between Karishma and Mohit. Ashwini says Sai didn’t do anything. They should blame her for their own mistakes. Pakhi comes and says should she question Sai and Mohit’s relation now? Sai gets shocked.
Precap- Virat asks Sai why was she bothered after he talked to Pakhi. Sai says won’t you react in same way if I talk to someone. Virat says he won’t. Sai gets surprised.
