The episode starts with Surekha saying to family members that Isha spoiled Isha’s birthday party. Yashwant says it’s all Shantanu’s mistake. Shantanu comes home and comments that it’s all my mistake to not support Isha when she needed. He questions why they didn’t allow Isha to stay at their house and questions why they left Isha in hospital. Family members say they tried to behave normally with Isha but she ignored them. Surekha says they even thought to invite Isha home. Shantanu asks why they didn’t. Ishaan comes there and says he didn’t allow it to happen. Shantanu says he is disappointed with his behavior. He tells Ishaan that he injured Isha more than a bullet. He tells Ishaan that he will regret his actions one day and leaves to take care of Isha.
Savi tries to make Isha drink juice but Isha doesn’t respond. Shantanu comes there. He stays with Isha all night. The next day, Shantanu tells Savi that he will go home and return after freshening up. Later Shantanu comes out getting ready. Yashwant tells Shantanu that they need to attend the meeting as investors want to meet 3 of them. Shantanu says he needs to be with Isha to take care of her and refuses to accompany them to the meeting.
Savi brings breakfast for Isha. She asks her to eat it. Shantanu calls Savi and tells her that he is on the way to the hotel and asks her to leave for college. Savi agrees and leaves for college.
Savi stands outside in Ishaan’s class. Isha recalls Ishaan’s hateful words. She comes to the party’s place and cries. She imagines baby Ishaan in front of her. She goes out of the hotel.
Shantanu knocks on Isha’s door and asks her to open the door but he doesn’t get any response. He calls Savi. Savi apologises to Ishaan and cuts the call. Shantanu calls her again. Savi takes Ishaan’s permission and attends the call. Shantanu informs Savi that Isha is not opening a hotel room. Savi asks him to take the master key from the hotel staff and says she is returning. Savi asks Ishaan for permission to leave. Ishaan warns her to not disturb the class.
Shantanu and Savi find Isha missing from the room. Savi notices Isha left her phone there. They go out to search for Isha. Isha imagines smiling Ishaan asking her to catch him. She walks on the road without noticing the surroundings. A speeding truck heads towards her. Shantanu gets information from one person that Isha is going to the lobby side.

Recap – Ishaan and Savi come to the police station to file a missing person complaint about Isha. They start fighting in front of the inspector. The inspector misunderstands them as husband and wife. Savi says to Ishaan that he will never marry her. Ishaan also says vice versa. The inspector says they found a female body and they need to come to identify it. Later they go to the hospital to identify the body. Ishaan catches Savi who is about to collapse.
