The episode starts with Savi and Ishaan getting shocked seeing Kiran donating blood for Harini. Savi asks Kiran what is he doing here. Kiran says to Savi that he is here to save Harini and take care of Harini. Savi says to Kiran that both she and him know that he doesn’t care about Harini. Kiran comments on it and blames Savi for the Chavan family death and Harini in serious condition. Ishaan grips Kiran’s collar and tries to tell that he is responsible for Chavan family death. The nurse stops Ishaan and asks the nurse not to disturb Kiran. Ishaan warns Kiran not to try anything with Savi and Harini. Ishaan leaves from there.
The guests gossip about Ishaan’s mom not being here. Surekha says to all the guests that Ishaan’s mom is here and who isn’t here is not Ishaan’s mom.
Durva asks Prateek to play her song. Prateek agrees and plays the song. Prateek and Durva dance for the song.
Everyone teases Reeva as she is about to get written Ishaan’s name on her hand. Reeva asks the Mehandi artist to just write Ishaan and nothing more than that. The Mehandi artist agrees.
Savi recalls Kiran blaming her and feels guilty. Ishaan asks Savi not to mind Kiran’s words.
Surekha says to Yashwant that Ishaan also needs to get applied Mehandi in his hands. The Bhosle family searches for Ishaan but they don’t find Ishaan anywhere. Yashwant asks Prateek where is Ishaan. Durva says to Yashwant that she knows where is Ishaan. Durva shows the video of Savi asking for help in the social media. Durva says Ishaan has definitely gone to Savi. Yashwant asks Prateek about it. Prateek confirms it. Reeva gets upset hearing this. Reeva folds her hand and accidentally wipes off Ishaan’s Mehandi’s name of her hand. The Mehandi artist says it is inauspicious to wipe off the Groom’s name of her hand like this. Reeva gets upset and leaves from there.
Prateek calls Savi. Ishaan attends the call. Prateek asks Ishaan to come here right away and says everyone knows that he has left to meet Savi and Reeva has also left the function crying to herself. Ishaan hearing this says to Savi that he has to go and leaves from there.
Ishaan comes and apologises to Reeva for leaving his Mehandi function in the middle. Ishaan says to Reeva that he is so much distracted with Savi’s family and says that he thinks they should postpone the wedding. Reeva argues with Ishaan about it asking him how could he say something like this. Ishaan says he just said it casually. Reeva says he will only speak if it is on his mind. Reeva says they will cancel this wedding. Reeva wipes off her Mehandi. Ishaan pleads Reeva not to take off the ring saying he can’t stand it.
Ishaan apologises to Reeva for his behaviour and assures Reeva that he will be present in the Haldi ceremony and he will also enjoy the ceremony with her. Ishaan also thanks Reeva for coming into his life. Reeva cheers up hearing this and hugs Ishaan.
