The episode starts with Rajat telling Ashika that Sai and Kiyaan are his life. He informs her that they can visit the hospital the next day to renew the stem cell preservation process. Savi overhears this and leaves quietly.
At home, Milind arrives looking devastated. Harini asks him not to stress about finding a job and reminds him that he is already taking tuition classes. Milind responds, saying they are a family of five, and the tuition fees aren’t sufficient to meet their needs. Harini tries to console him but hides the news of her pregnancy from him.
Meanwhile, Rajat searches for Savi and calls Lucky, who tells him that Savi hasn’t returned home. Rajat eventually finds Savi sitting on a bench outside. He asks her why she is there. Savi rebukes him, asking if he’s taunting her. She says it hurts when someone points out that she can’t become a mother and that he derives happiness from Ashika, not her. Shocked, Rajat asks if she overheard his conversation with Ashika. Savi confirms and reminds him that he married her knowing the truth about her condition and that he must accept it.
Savi tells him she will never interfered in his relationship with his children. Rajat responds, saying she has transformed him into a better father for his kids. He assures her that Ashika means nothing to him. Savi explains that love and anger are reserved for people they care about. She advises Rajat to respect Ashika as the mother of his children, even if he has no feelings for her, and to let go of any bitterness towards her.
Rajat admits that while Ashika harbors hate for Savi, she remains pure-hearted and only wishes the best for everyone. Savi then expresses her disappointment that Rajat didn’t inform her about Kiyaan’s stem cell preservation date. She asks him to promise that he will share important events with her so they can manage them together. Rajat agrees and promises her. Both feel a sense of happiness. Rajat teases Savi, saying she is finally acting “wise.” Savi retorts that she has always been wise.
Rajat then jokes that he can hear sounds coming from her stomach and promises to take her to the best five-star restaurant in Mumbai. Savi happily agrees. However, they get stuck in traffic on the way. When Savi says she is hungry, Rajat parks the car and takes her to a roadside noodle vendor. He wakes the vendor up, who instantly recognizes him. The vendor fondly tells Savi that Rajat became a successful businessman eating his noodles and even helped him learn the process of cooking, which he now uses to share the taste with others.
Rajat asks for permission to prepare noodles himself and begins cooking for Savi. She smiles as she watches him. Later, Rajat feeds the noodles to Savi, who enjoys them and gives him a thumbs-up. They share joyful moments as Rajat shows Savi how to eat noodles his way, and she tries it. They happily eat together.
The next morning, Ridhi asks Savi if she’s preparing waffles. Savi replies that she’s making them for Sai, who is coming home. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree asks Rajat to eat from his tiffin, but Savi reminds him that he needs to get his blood test done. Rajat suggests Savi accompany him so they can pick Sai up on their way back. Lucky teases Rajat, saying he’s scared of injections, which is why he wants Savi to go with him. Savi smiles at this.

Precap: Savi asks Rajat if he has fallen in love with her, as he has been caring for her so much. Ashika reveals to Rajat that Harsh is trying to protect her because she was the one responsible for Isha’s accident not Jigar. Savi assures Isha that Rajat will keep his promise and deliver justice to her, and Isha agrees.
