The episode begins with Rajat feeling scared thinking of his blood test. Savi talks to the receptionist. Ashika arrives, apologizes to Rajat for being late, and says, “Thank God you came on time.” Savi approaches them and tells Ashika that they also just arrived. Ashika asks why Savi is there. Rajat explains that Savi came to accompany him for his blood test. Savi suggests they proceed with Kiyaan’s stem cell renewal and asks Rajat to head to the pathology lab. Ashika wonders why Savi is so calm despite knowing her relationship with Rajat.
Later, Harini calls Savi and requests her to pick up Vansh along with Sai, as she is going to a Bhajan Mandal with her mother-in-law. Savi agrees. Harini coincidentally visits the same hospital, but Savi doesn’t notice her. Meanwhile, Rajat is terrified of getting an injection. Savi joins him, and the doctor jokes that kids are braver than him. Ashika comes and teases Rajat, saying he won’t give blood unless he holds her hand. Rajat denies this and asks the doctor to proceed. However, Rajat holds Savi’s hand while giving blood, which hurts Ashika. The doctor finishes the procedure, and Rajat notices Savi closing her eyes and crying, seeing him in pain. When it’s over, Savi opens her eyes and reassures him. Rajat smiles at her.
Elsewhere, Harini meets a doctor to confirm her pregnancy through a second test. Meanwhile, Rajat tells Ashika she can contact him anytime regarding Kiyaan. Savi adds that Ashika can also reach out to her. Ashika questions why she would call Savi. Rajat explains that when he’s busy, he only answers Savi’s calls, so it’s better to contact her. Reluctantly, Ashika agrees and leaves. Savi calls Rajat a good person. Rajat jokingly asks if she’s starting to love him, as she seemed to feel his pain in the pathology room. Savi rebukes him, saying she cried only because he held her hand so tightly.
As they prepare to leave, Savi spots Harini in the hospital and wonders why Harini lied to her.
At home, Kiyaan misbehaves with a worker. Milind intervenes and asks Kiyaan to treat elders with respect. Milind then sits with him to teach him a lesson. Vansh video-calls Milind, saying he misses him. They have a happy conversation. After the call, Kiyaan asks Milind if he shares a strong bond with his son. Milind confirms it with a smile.
Meanwhile, Sai shares her travel experiences with her family members. Harini receives a call from the doctor confirming her pregnancy. Savi, still suspicious, confronts Harini and asks what she’s hiding. Harini lies, saying she’s not hiding anything. Aman interrupts by showing Savi some important news on his phone. Savi then tells Harini she saw her at the hospital and questions why she lied. Harini explains that she missed her period, so she went for a check-up, but the results were negative. She tells Savi not to worry. Just then, Savi receives a call from Rajat and leaves in a hurry. Harini feels guilty for lying to her.
Rajat, Savi, and Aman visit Mohit Sharma’s house, as he had purchased Harsh’s car. Rajat asks Mohit if he was responsible for Isha’s accident. Mohit admits to it, but Savi scolds him. However, Rajat claims Mohit is lying. He explains that Mohit is in a wheelchair and his financial situation doesn’t align with owning a black SUV. They leave the house, skeptical of Mohit’s story. After they leave, Mohit calls Harsh to inform him that Rajat and his team had visited but didn’t believe his story. Harsh warns Mohit not to contact him again. Harsh then calls Jigar and instructs him to park the car at a specified location.

Ashika reveals to Rajat that Harsh is trying to protect her, not Jigar, as she was the one responsible for Isha’s accident. Savi assures Isha that Rajat will keep his promise and deliver justice.
