The episode begins with Tapsi telling Savi that Rajat is a good person and that if he hadn’t encouraged her to expose Jigar, she might not have gathered the courage to do it. She apologizes to Savi once again. Savi advises her to take care of herself and her mother. Tapsi then leaves. Bhagyashree arrives and informs Raju that Tara has locked herself in her room. Raju apologizes to Shantanu for not supporting Savi. Shantanu assures him that it’s not his fault either. As they prepare to leave, Rajat notices Milind staring at him and questions him about it. He asks Milind why he didn’t stand up to his mother and family. Rajat shares that he too is conflicted, worried about what will happen to his sister and daughter. He explains that he proved Savi’s innocence because he knew it was the right thing to do, and if he hadn’t, he would regret it for the rest of his life. Rajat declares that he won’t apologize to anyone, and if others don’t understand his situation, they are free to leave. He then walks away. Savi overhears the conversation and leaves the Thakkars’ house.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree goes to Tara and tries to comfort her. Tara blames Savi for ruining her and her daughter’s lives, saying that daughters are always outsiders and accusing Bhagyashree of caring only about Savi. Bhagyashree reassures her that she is on her side. Tara, however, remains upset, saying Bhagyashree didn’t do anything when the police arrested her husband and when Savi slapped him. She feels like an outsider in her own family. Bhagyashree pleads with her not to speak like that, but Tara warns that if Savi returns to the house, she doesn’t know how she’ll react. Tara then asks Bhagyashree to leave her alone, but Bhagyashree tells her she won’t eat until Tara does, before leaving. Shortly after, Tara receives a phone call.
Back in the living room, Bhagyashree blames Savi for her daughter’s pain. Raju counters, saying it was Jigar’s fault, not Savi’s. Rajat adds that he’s relieved his sister was saved from someone like Jigar. Bhagyashree, however, points out that he hasn’t considered what this means for Tara and Nia, criticizing how he handled the situation. Rajat defends his actions, stating that he did the right thing and that he won’t allow a criminal like Jigar near his sister. Tara then enters the room. Bhagyashree goes to her, but Tara says she feels suffocated and leaves the house without listening to her mother. Bhagyashree tells Rajat that Savi is responsible for Tara’s suffering and that she will never forgive her, before walking out.
Rajat then asks Raju if he too thinks he was wrong, like Bhagyashree does. Raju reassures him, saying he supported the truth and that, in time, Tara will accept that Jigar was in the wrong. He advises Rajat to fix things by bringing Savi back home. Raju points out that Savi has self-respect, and that it’s not enough to just prove her innocence; they wronged her by throwing her out. He urges Rajat to bring Savi home with respect. Rajat refuses. Lucky and Ridhi then offer to go to the Bhosle house to bring Savi back. Rajat tells them they can do as they wish.
Lucky and Ridhi arrive at the Bhosles’ house and apologize to Savi, asking her to return home. Savi tells them it wasn’t their fault, but she refuses to go with them. As Lucky and Ridhi are about to leave, Mrunmayi thanks Lucky for his efforts, holding his hand. Lucky, in turn, says “You’re welcome” and realizes he might have found a way to win Mrunmayi’s heart.

Precap: Sai insists that Rajat apologize to her Pari Mamma and bring her back home. Rajat apologizes to Savi and asks her to return home, telling her that they all miss her.
