The episode starts with Aditi and Juhi applying medicine to Teju’s hand for her blisters. Aditi apologizes to Teju for Lakshmi’s behavior towards her. Teju asks Aditi why she is apologizing and says it isn’t her fault. Aditi replies that she feels responsible because Lakshmi is the one who wronged her. Aditi explains to Teju that a lot of bad things have happened to Lakshmi, which is why she has become like this. She adds that Lakshmi never got what she truly deserved, which shaped her personality.
Teju tells Aditi that she never imagined her father had other children. She reminisces about how her family used to feel perfect. Juhi comforts Teju, asking her not to dwell on the past. Aditi then suggests that Teju get married so she won’t have to endure suffering in this house. However, Teju says she can’t leave Mukta and Vedaant alone. She hopes to find a job so she can admit Vedaant to a good school.
Later, Aditi praises Teju’s singing. Teju shares that it was Mohit’s dream for her to become a great singer. Aditi tells Teju that pursuing her dreams in this house is impossible, as no one appreciates music. She encourages Teju to marry, saying her husband’s family might value her talent and support her dream of becoming a singer. Teju thinks about Mohit Rituraj after hearing Aditi’s words.
Later, Aditi playfully teases Juhi, saying her wedding looks are tomorrow. Aditi tells Teju how Neil’s parents mentioned he would marry any girl they choose for him. She asks Teju to help Juhi get ready, praising her good taste. Teju agrees.
Meanwhile, Neil calls Teju, thinking about her, but she doesn’t answer. Yash, Amai, Nandini, and Prachi notice Neil looking distracted and confront him. They tease him, saying he’s fallen in love. Nandini reminds Neil he needs to get ready for the wedding looks and mentions that Leena sent a dress for him. Neil insists on wearing a formal suit like always, but they disagree.
Leena visits Neil and notices he hasn’t started getting ready. She offers to help him and asks everyone else to leave, so they do.
Back at Chavan Niwas, Teju helps Juhi get ready for the wedding looks, earning Aditi’s praise. Meanwhile, Neil finally gets dressed at home.
