The episode starts with Rajat and Aman coming to the court and they meet the lawyer. The lawyer says to Aman and Rajat that today is the final hearing of her divorce case and says they will also start the custody of Saisha today so whatever they speak they have to think twice about it. Aman and Rajat agrees.
Harsh, Ashika and Saisha come to the court. Harsh and Ashika talk to the reporters. Saisha sees Rajat and she tries to go to him. Ashika stops Saisha from meeting Rajat.
The judge comes to the court. The Judge starts the court case hearing.
Saisha says to her nanny that she would like to talk to Savi. Mrs Parera agrees and makes a call to Savi. Saisha talks to Savi over the phone. Saisha says to Savi that she is missing her that’s why she called her. Saisha says Ashika brought her to the court. Savi after talking to the nanny understands that Ashika has brought Saisha to the court as today is Ashika and Rajat’s final court hearing. Savi asks Saisha to calm down and says she will come to the court right away to meet her.
In the court hearing Ashika’s lawyer says for the Judge that Ashika would like Saisha’s custody also. Rajat’s lawyer says to the Judge that Ashika left Saisha when she was 6 months and comments on her. Rajat’s lawyer also says Ashika doesn’t want to take care of her own son Kian so they are always putting him in a boarding school.
It is shown Rajat and Ashika argue with each other. Ashika says to Rajat that she will take her son Kian with her and asks Rajat to take care of Saisha.
The judge announces that Rajat and Ashika are divorced and Saisha’s custody decision will be announced after 15 days and asks the government staff to investigate whose custody should be given to Saisha.
Harsh and Ashika celebrate as Ashika is finally divorced with Rajat. Harsh asks Mrs Parera to take Saisha to home and they leave from there.
Savi comes to the court to meet Saisha and she learns that Ashika and Harsh have gone somewhere and left Saisha with the nanny.
Saisha sees Rajat and goes to him. Saisha pleads Rajat to take her with him. Rajat says he will take her after 15 days and leaves from there.
Savi feels bad for Saisha as Rajat has not even looked once at Saisha when he was talking to her.
Bhagyasree comments on Ashika as she wants Saisha’s custody. Bhagyasree comments as there is no happiness in Rajat’s life after Ashika left him. Bhagyasree comments and says a mother will come with Saisha’s life who will love her more than Ashika. Bhagyasree says to her family that if Saisha’s custody isn’t given to Rajat she will never bow her head infront of God.
Isha takes a letter from the postman. Isha after reading it says to Shantanu about the letter and says Savi shouldn’t read this letter. Savi returns home. Shantanu and Isha try to hide the letter from Savi but Savi spots the letter.
