The episode starts with Amol calling for an ambulance. Yash says to the family that Neil is not reacting. Leena and others worry about Neil. Leena sprinkles water on Neil but he doesn’t wake up. Neil mumbles in his sleep about Tejaswi and his moments with her. Neil calls Tejaswi with the nickname that he gave her Aparajita so nobody thinks about Tejaswi. The Pradhan family see Neil isn’t waking up so they take him to the hospital.
Vinod calls Satish and informs him about Neil’s condition being really bad. Vinod says to Satish that they admitted Neil in the hospital as he has 104 Fahrenheit fever. Satish says nothing will happen to Neil and says he will get better before the engagement. Vinod says to Satish that Neil is not in a condition to do the engagement. Vinod says to Satish that they should postpone the engagement as Neil is not in a condition to do the engagement. Satish says they can atleast do the engagement within only their families. Vinod asks satish if he hasn’t heard what he said. Vinod repeats that Neil’s condition is really bad and comments on it. Satish says if this engagement doesn’t happen then Omi will get stressed. Vinod says he will talk to Omi and asks Satish to give the phone to Omi. Satish agrees and gives the phone to Omi. Satish leaves from there.
Satish comes to his family and says to his family that the engagement isn’t going to happen. Lakshmi asks Satish why is he saying that. Mukta and Teju ask Satish the same question. Satish says to his family about Neil getting ill. Lakshmi blames Teju for Neil getting ill saying Neil is ill because Teju has taken Neil and roamed the whole city. Satish also blames Teju for what happened with Neil. Aditi and Teju comment on Satish for thinking like that. Omi comes and says to Satish that Neil’s condition is really bad and says the Pradhan family decided to do the engagement on the day of marriage. Satish says it is a good thing and comments on it. Satish complaints to Omi that the engagement has stopped due to Mukta and Teju’s evil eye. Teju comments on it. Prajakta reminds Satish that instead of arguing like this he should go and see how is Neil. Satish says he and Juhi will go and see Neil. Mukta asks Omi if they can also go and see Neil as Neil has done so much for them. Lakshmi says if Teju and Juhi go there then a competition will begin who will love Neil more and says she is sure Teju will win the competition as she is a dramebazz and comments on it. Satish argues that Teju will not come with them. Teju comments on it and says she will go to see Neil as he has done so much for them. Juhi also pleads Satish to allow Teju to come with them. Satish comments on it but he allows Teju to come with them to the hospital.
Teju, Juhi, Aditi and Satish reach the hospital. Vinod asks Rituraj to get medical file of Neil from home so he leaves the hospital. Rituraj and Teju do not see each other while passing. Satish greets Pradhan family and asks Vinod how is Neil now. Vinod says to Satish about Neil’s condition.
Aditi, Juhi and Teju come to see Neil. Aditi wakes up Neil and greets him. Teju asks Neil how is he. Neil asks Teju what does it mean to her if he is better or not. Teju asks Neil how can she speak like that and comments on it.
Vinod and Satish go to meet the doctor to talk about Neil’s condition.

Precap:- Rituraj comes and says to Teju that her wish will be completed and asks Teju to come to marry him. Teju comments on Rituraj and says she now only wants to become something to take care of her family and comments on it.
