The episode begins with Aman feeling disturbed upon learning that Mrunmayi’s engagement to Sagar is scheduled for the same day as his own. Rajat quietly asks Savi about the sudden decision for Mrunmayi’s engagement. Savi responds that Sagar is a good person, so they finalized the engagement. She then asks if he has any objections, to which Rajat replies no.
Meanwhile, Milind reviews the roll numbers of last year’s MBA students and discovers that Lucky is part of a group of students who attempted to bribe him. Determined to expose Lucky, Milind decides to gather evidence. Later, Milind meets with Lucky and tells him that he received his parcel. Lucky pretends it was his friends’ doing and denies trying to bribe him. Milind, playing along, says he liked the gift and will “take care of their work.” He asks Lucky to meet him at a café with his friends. Lucky agrees, unaware that Milind plans to catch them red-handed.
Savi distributes sweets to the Thakkar family, announcing that Mrunmayi’s engagement is fixed. Aman tries to express concern, saying it may be difficult for Mrunmayi to adjust to life in America after marriage, but Savi assures him that Mrunmayi will manage and tells him not to worry. Elsewhere, Rajat discovers that Harsh has bailed Jigar out of prison, and Tara overhears this as well. Secretly, Tara goes to meet Jigar. She tells him that it was wrong to accept Harsh’s help. Jigar explains that Harsh gave him a job and helped secure his release, and all he wants is to provide for their family. Tara, unsure of how to respond, says she doesn’t know what to think. Jigar reassures her, saying he loves her, and Tara agrees to stay with him now that he’s out of jail. However, Jigar convinces her to return home and assist him with his plans. Tara agrees and hugs him. Jigar, meanwhile, plots to use Tara in his schemes against Savi and Rajat.
Later, Lucky asks Milind to give him the paper after it’s prepared, claiming that he wants to make Savi and Rajat proud. Milind agrees to give it to him once it’s ready. After thanking him, Lucky leaves, but later returns to retrieve his keys and overhears Milind on the phone. Milind reveals that he is preparing three question papers and intends to expose the students who are cheating. Realizing that Milind is trying to outsmart him, Lucky decides to retaliate.
In another scene, Sagar proposes to Sheetal. Savi arrives and asks them to wait for two more days until Mrunmayi’s situation is settled. They agree. Nearby, Rajat overhears Savi’s plan. Back at home, Mrunmayi and Sagar ask Savi what they would do if Aman doesn’t stop their engagement. Savi reassures them, saying they can stop it themselves if necessary. Rajat then enters and declares that both Mrunmayi and Aman’s engagements will proceed with Sagar and Ahana, respectively.
