Episode starts with Ninad asking Sai that why she isn’t ready to go to the award function? She says that she won’t go there. Ashwini, Devyani and Ninad gets shocked hearing her reply and questions about it. She says that Virat won’t be coming to the function and so what she will do by going there? She declares that she doesn’t have any mood to get the award, as she is emotionally drained out because of Virat. She states that he must have gone to meet Shruti and didn’t even informed any of them. She cries stating that he doesn’t care about her at all and declares that she don’t want to keep her relationship with him.
Here, Virat washes her face and looks at himself in the mirror inside the hospital. He thinks that he doesn’t even have courage to call Sai, to tell her that he won’t be able to come for her award function. He feels miserable and sees his phone. Meanwhile, he goes towards the reception while the nurse ask him to submit Shruti’s documents, as they may can need it in the time of emergency.
Virat gets worried and goes inside Shruti’s room. He gets shocked seeing her in labour pain and calls the doctor. The staffs starts taking her away, while she stops them and requests Virat to stay till she delivers, while he gets into turmoil.
Elsewhere, Sai declares that she won’t forgive Virat of she learns that he is cheating on her. Ashwini and Ninad tries to calm her down and ask that why she is punishing th for Virat’s mistake. Devyani ask Sai to stop saying about separation and reminds her that what all bad things happens if they don’t stay together. She cries and tries to convince Sai to forgive Virat.
Sai stays firm of her decision and says that no one can convince her to give a second chance to Virat, if he gets proven guilty. Meanwhile, Ninad calls Virat but he doesn’t receives his call. Sai says that Virat won’t come, to which Ashwini ask Sai to think about her father’s dream and finally convinces her to go to the award function.
Ahead, Virat promises to Shruti that he will stay with and cuts his father’s call. Virat sits waiting for Shruti’s delivery. He gets emotional thinking about Sai and says that everything is against him in this situation. He says that he really wants to Sai and watch him receiving award. He says that he really loves her a lot but he can’t break his promise to Sadanand.
Samrat tries to call Virat for going to the award function, but latter doesn’t picks his call. Mohit gets worried thinking about Virat with Shruti. Meanwhile, Virat says that his life isn’t his anymore and declares that he have to fulfill his promise as he was the reason for the death of Sadanand. He states that Sai will surely forgive him after learning about the truth.
Further, Virat prays for Sai in front of God. Meanwhile, a doctor comes towards him and says that Shruti’s condition isn’t stable at all. He gets worried, while she ask him to chose one in between Shruti or the child. He gets shocked and requests them to do anything to save both, while doctor says that it isn’t possible and ask him to tell his decision hurridly as they have to perform operation. He gets into turmoil and with a lot of difficulty he ask them to save Shruti.
Precap:- Virat goes to attend Sai’s award function and sees her giving the speech. She says that she have always felt alone as she comes near her goals. She states that there are some people who have always supported her but there are some who doesn’t care about her at all. Later, Virat questions himself that if Sai really consider him nothing? He gets hurt by her words and keeps staring at her from afar.
