Episode starts with Virat deciding to have lunch with Pakhi before going back to their home. The latter was upset because of the cancellation of their honeymoon trip due to her health condition. She goes along with Virat towards the restaurant and gets shocked upon seeing Sai along with Savi and Vinayak. The latter becomes elated upon witnessing his parents and rushes towards them along with Savi. They hugs Virat and then brings them to their table. He ask that what Vinayak is doing there? To which the latter replies that he was sad as they left without him for the trip.

Here, Vinayak continues that he also wanted to come along with Virat and Pakhi but they didn’t took him with them. He states that Sai notices him being upset and brought him along with Savi to have some fun. He tells about all the fun activities he did along with them while Virat and Pakhi smiles seeing his excitement.

Vinayak then states that he decided to call Sai as his Choti Maa, while Pakhi and Virat gets shocked. The latter proclaims that Sai looks after him just like a mother and he gets a feeling of security with her. He demands for a permission from his parents, while Pakhi gets silent but Virat denies Vinayak’s request.

Elsewhere, Virat tells Vinayak that he already have a mother and points towards Pakhi. He makes Vinayak understand that he doesn’t need to call Sai as his second mother and ask to continue what he used to call her. Vinayak gets upset and makes a request to Virat. He insists to let him call Sai as his Choti Maa but the latter keeps denying his request.

Sai interferes in between Virat and Vinayak’s conversation and ask Vinayak to call her as Doctor aunty only. She proclaims that the name doesn’t changes her feelings and care towards him. She assures that she will always be there for him and ask to agree with his father’s decision. He nods understanding her words and stops making anymore request.

Ahead, Sai decides to leave from there but Savi denies stating that she wants to play with Vinayak. Sai makes her understand that she has joined her new job and have tk report there as it’s her first day and she can’t get late. She also taunts Virat and proclaims that she doesn’t want to take anyone’s help financially. She convinces Savi and goes along with her.

Ashwini looks after Pakhi as they returns back. She feeds Pakhi food and takes care of the latter. At that time Bhavani and Sonali also comes there. The latter rebukes Pakhi for spoiling her honeymoon trip and coming back on Pulkit’s advice. Sonali says that all their efforts gets wasted as Virat and Pakhi couldn’t able to form a husband and wife relationship. Bhavani scolds Sonali and ask Pakhi to give her an heir. Whereas, Pakhi tells about how Virat took care of her and assures that sokn everything will get fine kn between them.

Further, Sai joins the hospital and recalls her moments with Virat. She throws her picture with him and meets her senior doctor. Meanwhile, Virat meets Abhimanyu in order to find about Vinu. The latter takes him to the file room and he starts searching for Vinu’s file. He finally gets it while Abhimanyu tells him that Vinu was in critical condition when they got him and after 3 days of treatment he got fine. He proclaims that they waited for his parents but no one came from his family. Virat becomes emotional and determines to find about his son.

Precap:- Virat gets restless to find his son Vinu and prays to God for help. He meets a women while she tells that the kid is near Nagpur only and gives him the address. Whereas, Vinayak questions Bhavani that why he can’t like Sai as she is really nice and always looks after him. Bhavani scolds him and ask not to compare Sai with his mother Pakhi. He gets teary eyes and goes away, while Bhavani says to Sonali that Vinayak is adopted and so os showing his colours. Whereas, Virat was driving when Pakhi calls him and notify about the missing of Vinayak. She cries and tells him about the matter. Meanwhile, Virat reaches the address of Mr and Mrs Sheshadri and rings the bell, while the couple opens the door and gets confused upon seeing him.
