Episode starts with Virat convincing the Sheshadreis to let him meet their adoptive son Kartik, as he is his biological son whom he lost in a bus accident. He cries and makes a request to them stating that he is really worried for him. He begs the couple to let him see his son for once, but Mrs. Sheshadrei denies his request. She gets scared that he will take kartik away from them and questions that why he didn’t came to rescue his son, when he was in the hospital? Virat notify her that they thought their son is dead and insists the latter to accept her request. He pleads them again and again, while somehow Mr. Sheshadrei gets agreed.

Here, Mr. Sheshadrei states that Virat have full rights to meet his son while the latter gets elated and shows his gratitude towards him. Mrs. Sheshadrei cries and worries about the consequences. She doesn’t want to let Kartik go away from her life, while Virat determines to take his son back anyhow. He decides to meet the latter and notify him about the truth.

Virat waits for Kartik to come while Mr. Sheshadrei goes out to bring him inside the house. Virat gets tears and gets impatient to see his son. He feels excited as well as nervous to meet his Vinu after so many years. Meanwhile, Vinayak sees Mr. Sheshadrei taking a boy inside the house and both of them sees one another. Virat gets freezed seeing Kartik and breaks down with happy tears.

Elsewhere, Virat touches Kartik and showers his love towards the latter. He starts a conversation with him and also wipes his tears. He then suddenly notices a mark on the hand of Kartik and asks about it. The latter replies that it is his birth mark, while Virat gets shocked. He questions the Sheshadreis about it and ask that if it was there when they adopted him?

Mrs. Sheshadrei gets furious at Virat for using the word adoption and proclaims that it was there since Kartik’s birth. She sends Kartik away from there and shows the photo album when they adopted the latter. She shows that he have the mark since his childhood and proclaims it to be his birth mark. Mr. Sheshadrei thinks about something and brings a bracelet stating that it was there in Kartik’s hand when they got him.

Ahead, Mr. Sheshadrei states that they kept the bracelet safely thinking that it will be easy for Kartik’s biological parents to find him. Virat sees the bracelet and notices Vinu’s full name on it. He breakdown stating that he is not his son. He apologizes to the couple for wasting their time, while Mrs. Sheshadrei consoles him and assures that soon he will find his son back. He leaves from there and cries in the car, while Vinayak gets concerned for him.

Vinayak ask Virat about the matter while the latter hides the truth. Vinayak consoles Virat with Sai’s words and then they returns back to their house. Pakhi takes Vinayak and expresses her concern towards him. She cries and ask him to never leave the house. She states that she was so worried for him and questions that if he doesn’t care about her feelings? To which Vinayak apologizes to her and promises not to leave without telling her.

Further, Sahiba enjoys in Sai’s house while Savi serves them food. Sai tells her about her journey to become a doctor and gives credit to her ex-husband. Sai gets sad recalling the past with Virat, while Sahiba appreciates Sai’s work and determines to be like her. They goes to the hospital and finds about an emergency that a patient called Pratap is trying to suicide by jumping off the terrace. They rushes to save him while he tells about his life problems and notify how his wife left him after he sacrificed his hands for his country. They tries to make him understand and stop him from committing suicide but he denies to listen to them and was about to jump, when Sai shouts at him grabbing his attention.

Precap:- Sahiba gives a pottery to Sai while the latter gets elated. She sees the joy of happiness in Sai’s eyes and talks about it. She then ask that if Vinayak is Sai’s ex-husband’s Virat’s son? At that time a man comes there and notify them that a patient have kidnapped Savi and Vinayak. Sai gets shocked along with Sahiba. Meanwhile, Vinayak calls Virat and requests him to save them. The person threatens to harm them while Virat gives a warning to him.. Vinayak proclaims that his father won’t leave the guy, while the latter ask him to stay quiet.
