The episode begins with Leena telling Bhagyashree that they cannot reveal the truth to Neil as he is still recovering. Leena says she will send the children after a few days. However, Bhagyashree insists that Leena send them immediately, saying she cannot live without them. Leena pleads for time and reminds Bhagyashree of their agreement — that she would let the kids stay only until Neil recovers, and in return, Leena would help her get custody of Kian and Sai. Bhagyashree says she no longer cares about any deal and only wants her grandchildren with her. As emotions rise, Bhagyashree suffers an asthma attack, and the call disconnects.
Ridhi notices Bhagyashree struggling to breathe and immediately calls Savi for help. Savi calms her down and instructs her to take Bhagyashree to the hospital while she rushes there herself, accidentally leaving her phone on the dining table.
Neil sees Savi’s phone and decides to take it to her. When he tells Leena and Prachi, they lie, saying she’s gone on a police raid. Neil assumes she’ll pick up Sai from school afterward and begins eating breakfast.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Savi learns from the doctor that Bhagyashree was brought in just in time and is now stable. Savi goes to the reception to make the payment.
While packing lunch for Sai, Neil sees that Savi’s credit card was used at the hospital. Sensing something is wrong, he rushes to the hospital. Prachi informs Leena, and the two of them, along with the Pradhan family, also head there.
At the hospital, Savi sees Bhagyashree regain consciousness. She confronts her, asking why she keeps putting herself through so much pain. Bhagyashree accuses Savi of separating her from her grandchildren. Savi defends herself, saying she’s staying with Neil only because he was injured while saving Sai, and asks whether she shouldn’t help someone who saved her child. Bhagyashree lashes out, and Savi firmly says that Neil is not her family — they are.
Neil overhears this heated conversation and collapses on the hospital floor. Leena and Vinod rush to him and call the doctor. Savi comes out, shocked to see Neil’s condition. The doctor administers electric shocks but eventually announces that Neil has slipped into a coma. When Vinod asks when Neil will recover, the doctor says it’s uncertain. Leena breaks down in tears. Bhagyashree tries to comfort her with a glass of water, but Leena refuses to accept it. Bhagyashree breaks down and admits partial responsibility for Neil’s condition. Leena agrees with her and blames Savi, calling her inauspicious. A shattered Savi quietly leaves after seeing Neil.
Back home, Sai comforts baby Kian, telling him not to cry and that they will go to their mother once she returns. Savi arrives and tells Sai that they need to go somewhere. She takes both children to Bhagyashree. Overwhelmed with emotion, Bhagyashree is happy to see them.
Savi tells her, “They are your children too. I understand your pain, and I don’t want to separate them from you—or myself from you. I’ve unintentionally hurt many people, and I promise I won’t hurt you again. I know the kids are happy with you, and you never let them feel my absence.”
Bhagyashree listens silently. Savi hugs Sai and asks her to take care of Dadi and Kian. Sai agrees and says, “I love you.” Savi leaves in tears. A confused Sai asks Bhagyashree where her mother is going and why she spoke that way, adding that even “Pookie Baba” has been missing since morning.
