The episode starts with Teju accidentally hitting a guy, causing him to drop color all over Neel. Teju looks at Neel and asks what he is doing there. She questions whether he is stalking her, as she ran into him in Amaravati and now in Trimbak as well. Neel replies that he is looking at Aparajita flowers. Teju comments that every time she sees him, he appears distracted.
Teju’s friends arrive and urge her to leave Neel alone, calling him an introvert. They take Teju away, but Neel watches her and thinks to himself that it is said Sanjivani was found near Aparajita flowers. He believes he has found his Sanjivani in her and decides that from now on, she will be his Aparajita.
Meanwhile, Bhushan asks Leena to get him some food as he is feeling hungry. However, Neel intervenes, saying that no one will eat until they complete their monthly blood test.
Bhushan, Alok, and Jeetu protest, insisting that they are completely fine and do not need a test. Neel, however, remains firm. Alok pleads with Neel, revealing that he is afraid of needles. Neel teases him about it.
At that moment, Neel’s father, Vinod, returns home. Neel tells him he arrived at the perfect time. Leena informs Vinod that all the men are getting their blood tested.
Vinod refuses, stating that he is completely fit and does not need the test. Neel reminds him that he has diabetes and needs regular check-ups. Vinod claims he already had a blood test done at his office, but Neel sees through the lie and calls him out on it.
Despite Neel’s insistence, Bhushan, Vinod, Alok, and Jeetu all refuse to take the test. Neel asks Leena to convince them. Leena tries her best, but Bhushan counters, asking why only the men are being tested. Neel replies that the women’s blood tests are scheduled for next week. Leena questions the necessity of these tests, as everyone appears fine, but Neel dismisses her concerns.
Rithu Raj steps forward and takes the blood test first. Seeing this, the others follow suit. Neel even catches Alok and forces him to take the test.
Meanwhile, Vedant asks Mukta for food. Mukta agrees but asks him not to shout, as Mohit is feeling unwell. Teju comments on Vedant’s behavior, and Mohit stops her, saying she will have to take care of him after he dies. Teju scolds him for speaking that way. Mohit responds, saying that death is inevitable for everyone. Teju checks his blood pressure and finds it quite high.
Mohit then takes out Ayurvedic medicine and asks Teju to mix it with two teaspoons of water. Teju asks who gave him the medicine. Mohit replies that it was someone who cares for him like a father. Teju suspects it was his brother’s daughter and asks Mohit to introduce her. Mukta intervenes, reminding Teju that they had already decided not to discuss this matter.
Mohit looks at his family and feels guilty, realizing that they are unaware of Lakshmi and Aditi. They also do not know about Mukta and her children.
