Episode starts with Chavans getting worried for Pakhi and waits outside the operation theatre. Meanwhile, Virat gives permission to Pulkit in order to remove Pakhi’s uterus to save her life by controlling the spread of infection. Sai and Pulkit starts operating Pakhi while the latter gets emotional and internally apologises to Pakhi for removing the uterus and proclaims that she can feel what the latter will go through when she will find about it. Pulkit notices Sai being lost during the operation and ask if everything if fine? She comes back to the reality and assures him that she is alright.

Here, Pulkit proclaims that emotions are the biggest enemy of a doctor and ask Sai not to zone out while performing the operation. She agrees to him and continues the operation with dedication. The procedure gets successful and Pulkit notify Chavans that Pakhi is safe and they don’t have to worry about her life anymore.

Sai also gives confidence to them and then goes towards Virat after seeing him sitting alone on the bench. She sits along with him and assures that soon Pakhi will get consciousness. She also states that the latter really needs him and her family along with Vinayak near her when she will open her eyes. Sai also advice Virat to be near Pakhi with Vinayak in order to be her support system.

Elsewhere, Virat nods his head and says that Vinayak is coming to the hospital. Sai was about to go but then again sits along with him and tells that Pakhi will go through a major shock after finding about her condition and ask Virat to console her. She proclaims that Pakhi will need him and also shows her sympathy stating that they won’t be able to increase their family anymore.

Sai states that Virat have to understand that he along with Vinayak and Pakhi are enough for one another. Meanwhile, Virat decides to tell the truth to Sai and proclaims that he wants to notify her about something. At that time Bhavani comes there and interrupts them. She puts accusations on Sai for snatching their happiness.

Ahead, Bhavani rebukes Sai for all the happening while the latter takes a stand for herself. Bhavani reminds Sai about the time when they lost Vinu because of her, while the latter gets emotional and cries stating that she also longs for her son. Virat gets worried seeing Sai’s state and tells that their son Vinu is alive. Both of them gets shocked while Vinayak comes there and Sai thought that Virat was talking about him.

Ashwini recalls all the expectations of Bhavani on Pakhi to give birth to their heir. She cries feeling Pakhi’s pain and shares her worry with Bhavani. Meanwhile, Pakhi gets consciousness and gets elated upon seeing Vinayak. She shows her concern towards him and expresses her gratitude towards Sai for looking after him. Meanwhile, Virat sends Vinayak out and reveals the truth about Pakhi’s operation to her.

Further, Pakhi looses her calm and starts acting violating. They tries to hold her while she lashes out at everyone for snatching her uterus. They gives her sedatives to make her sleep, while Ashwini cries and shares her tension with Sonali stating that she isn’t getting good vibes. Meanwhile, Virat decides to tell the truth to Sai and looks at her. He confronts the latter and proclaims that their son Vinu is alive. She gets stunned and becomes emotional asking that if it is true? To which he assures her.

Precap:- Pakhi gets elated finding that Vinayak is the child who she has given birth. She hugs the latter and expresses her happiness while Sai stands against her and reminds about the past in which she decided to leave the house along with Vinu. She proclaims that he is her child and ask Virat to support her. She states that previously he haven’t supporter her and states that now he have to be on her side. Sai demands to take Vinu along with her while Pakhi denies to give him to her and ask Virat to support her decision. She threatens that she will suicide if he tries to snatch Vinu from her and runs towards the window of the hospital. She jumps off from there while Virat gets shocked seeing her lying in the pool of blood.
