The episode begins with Savi seeing Lucky return home in his car. When she notices the color of Lucky’s car, she recalls the police mentioning a vehicle of the same color involved in Isha’s hit-and-run accident. Angered, Savi confronts Lucky and demands to know whose car he’s driving. Lucky explains that it belongs to a friend. When she questions where he has been, Lucky responds that he was with his friends. Unconvinced, Savi accuses him of being responsible for Isha’s accident. Shocked by her accusation, Lucky denies any involvement, but Savi lashes out at him. Tara witnesses the confrontation and steps in to defend her brother, asking Savi to stop blaming him. Savi, however, declares she won’t let Lucky off easily.
Just then, Savi receives a call from Shantanu, who requests her to bring Isha’s file to the hospital. Before leaving, Savi warns Lucky that she’ll ensure he faces justice if he’s guilty. Afterward, Tara takes Lucky aside to a room and advises him to stay out of sight for a while. Lucky looks on, troubled by the situation.
At the hospital, Shantanu learns from the receptionist that Rajat has already paid a 10 lakh advance for Isha’s treatment. Surprised, Shantanu asks Rajat about this gesture, and Rajat explains that it’s his responsibility. Milind urges Rajat to go home and rest, but Rajat insists on staying at the hospital and encourages Milind, Harini, and Shantanu to leave instead.
Back home, Bhagyashree and Raju return, and Raju asks Tara if Lucky was involved in Isha’s accident. Tara firmly defends Lucky, assuring Raju that her brother is innocent and urging him not to doubt his own blood.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Savi asks the doctor about Isha’s condition and is relieved to hear that she is out of danger. She silently vows to bring the culprit to justice. Later, she speaks with Rajat but refrains from mentioning Lucky’s potential involvement. She thanks Rajat for supporting Milind and for his help in saving Isha. Rajat reassures her, saying that as long as he’s around, Isha will be safe. When Savi asks why he paid the 10 lakh advance, Rajat explains that he considers Isha as a mother figure and wanted to help. He jokes that she can repay him with interest, to which Savi agrees, but Rajat clarifies that he’d prefer a different kind of repayment—he asks her to stop calling him names in front of Sai and her friends. Savi brushes off his request.
In a quieter moment, Rajat opens up to Savi about feeling out of place. When she asks what’s troubling him, he emotionally shares Kiyan’s birth story, which leaves him visibly moved. Savi comforts him, and later, Rajat falls asleep on Savi’s shoulder, with Savi also drifting off.
