The episode starts with Satya saying to Virat and Sai that finally, it’s a happy ending to the mission. Virat says glad you’re here and the terrorist Dutta is injured so treat him first to get the important information from him. Sai agrees. Sai and Satya treat Dutta. Satya notices Sai’s feeling uncomfortable with her injured foot. Nurses Sheetal and Rani discuss Satya and Sai understanding each other so well.

Virat overhears it and sees inside the tent. He sees Satya stops Sai from treating the patient and treats her foot. He advises her that she needs to take care of her first. Sai says we can’t think about ourselves when the matter is about our loved ones and you can’t understand it so leave it. Satya recalls Girija and leaves. The police officer calls Virat. Virat leaves.

Sai understands Satya is hurt and goes behind Satya and asks what is his lover’s name. Satya says she is Girija and she is filmy but she is not more. Sai asks what happened. Satya says Girija’s father is against our relationship and he didn’t even let me tell bye to her and I’m unable to forget her that’s why I can’t treat any poisoning case. He says he can’t love anyone and can’t give Girija’s place to any other girl. Both say love happens once and it won’t happen again. They give hifi to each other for thinking the same.

Savi calls Sai and asks if Virat is fine. Vinayak says danger ran away seeing your mother. Savi asks who is he. Satya takes phone and introduces himself. Savi says so you’re Mr.Cool. Sai says Vinayak told her. Savi asks him to not trouble her mother. Satya says I won’t as I’m scared of your mom. Virat comes there. Satya gives the phone to him. Virat says to Savi that he will take care of Sai and will keep problems away from her. Savi says they can have a pizza party once they return.

Sai receives Surva’s call. She asks Savi to inform everyone at the house that they are fine and cuts the call. Savi informs everyone that Virat is safe. Pakhi relaxed and says she will call Pakhi. Sai attends Surva’s call and informs him that the situation is under control and they are treating the injured patients. She cuts the call and is about to go to treat patients. Virat holds Sai’s hand. Sai asks whats he doing. Virat says he wants to tell her about his feelings. That time he receives Pakhi’s call. He attends the call and puts it in his pocket.

Virat asks if he still means something to her like she is to him as he felt that way when she hugged him. Sai says yes. Virat feels happy. Pakhi feels broken. Virat says I know it that’s why I thought I won’t die before I confess my feelings to you. Sai closes his mouth. Virat’s camp gets attacked by terrorists. Virat and Sai hide. Virat says they are here to take their leader Dutta. He says he wants to confess his feelings before he leaves and tells her about his dream and says he immensely loves her, wants to spend the rest of his life with her, and wants to make her as his wife again. Pakhi feels heartbroken and collapses on the floor. Sai and Virat recall their past moments.

Precap – Satya takes Sai-Virat’s photo and says perfect. Virat says to Sai it’s their first photo after the proposal. Sai says she didn’t tell him yes and she has many questions. Virat says he will clear everything. Later Sai returns home. Savi asks Sai to make Pakhi feel better as Vinayak thinks of you as the Guardian angel to his family.
