Episode starts with Pulkit declaring that he won’t perform Shruti’s surgery, while Sai tries to convince him for it reminding him about his work ethics. She says that she sees her father’s figure in him and so she won’t question his decision, but just try to make him agree for performing the operation. Meanwhile, Pulkit gets astonished seeing her maturity and ask how she is controlling her emotions after all that happened? To which she smiles with teary eyes and replies that after her father’s death, life had taught her how to face critical situations.
Here, Sai tells Pulkit that her father have always given her freedom to do whatever she wants and to take whatever decision she like. She says that she always takes her decision of life and so will manage herself in every situation without breaking up. Pulkit appreciates Sai’s confidence and states that she will surely achieve all her dreams.
Sai insists Pulkit to do his job and save Shruti, while latter tells that he will feel like he is also involved in Virat’s dirty betrayal. Sai assures that it is nothing like what he is thinking and states that they both will together save her. Pulkit tells that Sai’s maturity level is double her age and notify that many people lacks it.
Elsewhere, Shruti blames herself for Virat and Sai’s problem. She gets worried, while Virat calms her down stating that she is responsible for it. He remembers how Sai didn’t trusted on him and feels bad. Shruti denies to get her operation done, while Virat scolds her and ask to only focus on getting well.
Shruti tells that she is feeling guilty, but Virat tells her not to be so as Sai is a kind of girl who takes her decision on her own without getting influenced by anyone else. Shruti insists Virat to tell the truth, while he replies that he really loves Sai and is hiding the truth from her because he wants to save her. He notify Shruti that if anyone else will learn about her, then they will directly become a prisoner and he doesn’t want to get Sai into trouble.
Ahead, Virat tells that he can bear all the hatred of Sai in order to save her. Meanwhile, Shruti tells that Sai had misunderstood her baby as Virat’s child and that’s what broken her. Virat remembers the moment when nurse told him about his baby in front of Sai. He tells that they can’t do anything for it and ask Shruti not to think about it anymore.
Sai somehow manages to convince Pulkit for the surgery, while the nurse takes Shruti to the operation theatre, whereas Virat gives confidence to her and ask to fight for her life. Meanwhile, the other doctor appreciate Pulkit for agreeing to operate, while he insists to take Sai along with him in the OT. Virat also comes there and shows his gratitude towards Pulkit. Meanwhile, the doctor ask Sai to explain about Patient’s condition to Virat and she tells him that his wife is taken for operation because of her critical health. He feels hurt hearing her words and gets flashes of their marriage.
Precap:- Sai taunts Virat about his wife Shruti, outside the operation theatre. She mocks him about loving his wife dearly and even having a baby with her. Virat says that she is continuously taunting her since the time they met. Meanwhile, Ninad rebukes Virat for being shameless. He blames him for Sai’s departure, while Virat questions that if he can’t bear his presence then orders him to leave.
