Episode starts with Sai looking after Karishma after her miscarriage and decides to give shelter to her in her house. She stops Virat from taking Karishma back to Chavans house, as it will cause more mental trauma to her. She makes Virat understand about the condition of Karishma while he finally agrees with Sai and ask Karishma to stay with her, till they resolve the matter in between Mohit and her. The latter gets emotional and says that Mohit will never forgive her, but Sai and Virat assures her that everything will get fine in between them.
Here, Sai eats food with Karishma and Savi. Karishma keeps thinking about the unfortunate event while Savi cheers her up with her childish talks. She also makes several crafts with the help of clay and plays with Vinayak through the video call. She shows her creativity to him, while he also displays his created models to her. She praises his art and says that he is really talented.
Vinayak also increases Savi’s confidence and ask her to keep making the crafts. At that time he sees Karishma in their house and questions about it. Bhavani along with Sonali and Omkar also learns about Sai keeping Karishma along with her and concludes that she is involved in destroying Mohit and Karishma’s relationship.
Elsewhere, Omkar ask Bhavani to punish Sai while the latter blames all the misery upon her. She also declares that Karishma won’t be allowed in their house anymore and prohibits everyone from taking her name. Sonali gets teary eyes and tries to talk to Bhavani, but the latter denies to hear anything and takes a strict punishment against Karishma.
Sai gets a call from Jagtap, who informs her that everyone is hiding the truth about Vinu and proclaims that Virat was the one who asked for it. He says that he is still trying to gather some information, while Sai shows her gratitude towards him and then gets furious upon Virat. She says that he knows what pain she had gone through after losing her child, but still have kept it a secret from her.
Ahead, Sai proclaims to find the truth from Virat. She states that he will himself confess the truth, while the latter brings Mohit to Sai’s house in order to make him meet Karishma. He sees her there and gets shocked while Sai tells him about the miscarriage. He questions about the father of the baby, while Sai lashes out at him and ask to look at Karishma’s state.
Mohit rents his anger on Karishma for betraying his trust, while Sai takes a stand for the latter and tells that even Mohit is at fault for Karishma’s action. She makes him understand and says that he will regret his decision if he don’t solve it right now. Mohit goes to talk to Karishma privately while Virat confronts Sai that if she is angry with him? She tells that why he isn’t sitting along with her on the death anniversary puja of Vinayak?
Further, Sai and Virat gets into an argument while Sai determines to make him confess the truth. Mohit and Karishma resolves their matter and the latter takes her back to Chavans house but Bhavani scolds him. Meanwhile, Virat sees a nightmare about Vinayak’s accident and gets worried. He hugs his son and proclaims that he will always protect Vinayak.
Precap:- Sai confronts Virat and gives him 72 hours to tell his family that Vinayak is her son and doesn’t belong to him or Pakhi. She proclaims that after 72 hours she will take Vinayak away from them and no one can stop her. He tries to make her understand but she leaves from there. At that time Ashwini comes there being restless and tells Virat that Pakhi and Vinayak went somewhere and no one knows about there whereabouts. Virat gets shocked hearing about it.
