Episode begins with Kajal gets terrified seeing the deteriorated state of Neil and she is trying to warm him up but his body temperature is getting high and she tries to minimize it. She asks him not to remove the scarf or else his ear and nose will be cold as well.
She asks him to have some water and suddenly blood is coming out of his nose and she asks him to lay down backwards so that blood does not come out like this. She asks for help from any passerby possible but no one is there for them to ask for help. Neil gets a terribly bad cold and he starts shaking due to it and faints. Kajal due to her experience on the hills got to understand very well what is happening with Neil and she tries to wake him up but then she understands that there is no other option left for her than to give him CPR.
She hesitated for a moment but then she gained all the courage and took the name of Lord Shiva and started blowing oxygen in Neil’s mouth through her mouth so that he could return to normal breathing. After two or three times Neil is back to normal and Kajal gets up and says to nail that he needs to keep breathing and keep the jacket with himself so that he doesn’t get the cold.
Another hand, Neil understand what Kajal did for him and he can’t be lest thankful for it to her and he says that he is always grateful to her for saving his life not only once but twice and he did understood what she has to do sometimes back for him so that he can get back his consciousness.
They finally took gangajal from the river and Neil promised Kajal that today I am giving you a promise that whenever in life you will need me I will be with you and I will go to any extent to save you. After that both of them came back to their respective houses and Kajal notices Ful Singh while entering her house and she tries to avoid him but as usual he is so desperate and enters the house to enquire where was she and what she did and for the first time Kajal fights back remembering Neil’s words.
Someone knocked at the door and Ful Singh went out of the room. Kajal is disturbed with what happened in the morning and now and wants to tell everything to Ija about it but she says she is busy and cuts the call. Later Neil and Kajal again meet at the temple where Neil comes to meet Kajal.
He says to her that I understand you are disturbed since morning with what happened between us and we cannot deny that nothing happened but what I can say is whatever you did is the need of the hour and you have no ulterior motives behind it. You were just saving my life as a true friend and there’s nothing wrong or unethical about it. He gives her a promise that he will always be with her no matter what and she is his special friend and he gives her a garland too and says keep it with you then you will be always in touch with me and whenever you will give me a call I will be present.
