Episode begins with Surili feeling dizzy. Shiv gets worried. Rani says I already lost one baby of this family, I want to go with you to hospital. They rush Surili to hospital. The doctor does check up and says she seemed to be in stress. In the hospital, Rani says royal people are always stressed and have problems, just tell me about the baby. Doctor says baby is fine. Rani says thank god one baby is safe. Rani goes. Shiv follows her and asks if she will not wait till Surili wakes up. Rani says I was here for the baby not Surili. Shiv tries to convince her that Surili is not guilty she can never do anything with Swati or anyone.
Rani says we saw it what happened so no need of proof or anything, I don’t want any explanation, I don’t want to hear what Surili says. Rani says I am just worried about the baby, I can’t believe someone can do so much against an unborn baby just for royal privileges. Surili hears this and cries. Shiv comes back and says sorry Surili. Surili says I am fine. Shiv postpones his meetings as he wants to be with Surili. Surili asks Shiv to do his work, she is fine. Shiv goes for meeting.
Surili sees doctor and remembers how he was going to tell something. Surili asks doctor about what was he saying about Swati? Doctor says he felt Swati was not pregnant. Surili then realises all the instances and concludes that Swati was never pregnant. Surili calls Shiv and tries to tell him but then he was busy and in low network region so he says I will talk later.
In the mahal, Swati is dancing in the room celebrating her win over Surili when Surili comes and says you shouldn’t be dancing like this. Swati says how dare you come here after doing all this with me. Swatilekha continues her pretension and says she would never forgive Surilii as she has lost her baby because of Surilii. Surili says you played a big game with me and convinced me I did something which I couldn’t do. Sweta says what rubbish. Surili calls Doc and makes Swati hear how she was never pregnant. Swati gets sad. Swati says you will never understand what I went through. Surili says what do you mean? Swati says come I will show you.
Here, Mohti paints something where he is there with Shiv and Surili. Mohit praises Surili. Roshni feels sad not seeing her image in the painting. Roshni gets jealous. Swati shows Surili the picture of Rani on her throne. Swati says I always dreamt of being the queen since childhood, I didn’t love Shiv, everyone else promised me things but then you came and you took all my dreams. Swati says Raghav gave me this dream again and I married him.
Swatilekha describes how she dreamt to be queen but all the position and power were snatched by Surilii. Raghav showed the dream her to be the queen. As Surilii becomes pregnant, all her hopes were destroyed. She only wanted to be the queen of of this Ranakgadh. Surilii fathoms her pain and proclaims she will stand by her like a true sister. She also describes how innocent and chaste she was. She asks her to be genuine and honest with other relationships. Whatever she has achieved, because of her purity and genuine love. She tries to explain the mistakes of her.
