The episode starts with Shiv holding Surili’s hand and getting ready to leave. Swati feels bad at seeing this and turns her face to the other side. Raghav notices this and angrily walks away. Swati and her dad get ready to leave. Swati becomes angry at seeing Madhu holding Surili’s hand to comfort her. Swati drags Madhu with her. Saam cries, hugging Shiv. The latter consoles him. Surili asks Shiv to talk to Rani Sahiba before leaving. Shiv nods and goes. Maan apologizes to Surili and says that Surili will be connected with them despite being away from them. Surili takes their leave.
Swati sees Surili. Swati goes to Surili. Madhu notices this and goes to them. Swati says that she will definitely meet Surili if she comes to Mumbai as her tour to the palace is over. Surili gives her cafe shop address and asks her to definitely come so that the bitterness in her vanishes. She asks Madhu to take care of herself. Madhu caresses her hair. Swati becomes and takes Madhu from there.
Shiv goes to Madhu. He makes Rani Sahiba sit. He says that he is leaving because there’s fight. Rani Sahiba asks how she can leave when the wedding of his brother whom he loves so much is fixed. Shiv says that he leaves so that the affection between the brothers sustains. He assures her to return after the wedding, so that no one raises any questions. Rani Sahiba says that even his absence will raise questions. Shiv says that Rani Sahiba can find a way to tackle those questions. He says that if he stays there will be more fights between Surili and Rani Sahiba. The latter asks Shiv to let Surili go. She asks Shiv to leave Surili and divorce her so that she will find a good match for him and get remarried. Shiv refuses. Shiv compares Surili and him to Rani Sahiba and his dad.
Meanwhile, Surili informs Maasi and Shasha that she is coming to meet them. She hopes that everything will be sorted out between Shiv and Rani Sahiba. Here, Rani Sahiba blames Surili for provoking Shiv. Shiv gets frustrated and says that he will stay where he and Surili get respect. Rani Sahiba laments about how Surili has changed Shiv. On the other hand, Swati is happy that Surili is finally leaving. Madhu reminds her that Shiv is also leaving with Surili. Swati asks about Madhu taking her side. Swati defends Surili, who has chosen Shiv over wealth and power. She expresses that she is surprised that Swati, who claimed to love Shiv till the previous day, agreed to marry Raghav. Swati says that she’s going to become the next queen by marrying Raghav and asks what the problem is. Madhu says that everyone in Ranakgadh respects Shiv while they are scared of Raghav.
Shiv says to Rani Sahiba that no one can break the relationship between a son and a mother. He assures her that he will still have affection for her despite being away from her. He says that he can’t forget his husband’s responsibility towards Surili, whom he married. Rani Sahiba says that he is forgetting his other responsibility for Surili. Shiv says that he stays close to Surili, who values him the most. Shiv reminds her that she freed him from the palace’s responsibility and his other brothers will handle the rest of the responsibilities. Shiv says that if he stays there, Rani Sahiba will continue to insult Surili, which he can’t let happen.
Raghav consumes alcohol, recalling Shiv slapping him. Samar arrives there and asks Shiv what happened. Raghav says to Samar that Shiv slapped him. Samar says that he hopes no one witnessed it. Raghav says that Swati was there. Samar manipulates Raghav to take revenge on Shiv for the slap. He says that if anyone slapped him, he would shoot that person. He places a gun on the table. Raghav takes that gun in hand. Samar asks Raghav to keep it.
Surili sits in the car. There, Shiv promises Rani Sahiba to return with Surili to congratulate the newly married couple once the media drama is over.

Precap: Shiv apologizes to Raghav for slapping him. He hugs Raghav and asks if he won’t forgive his brother. Raghav holds the gun that he is hiding behind.
